Had Brett out today to fix a sliding glass aluminium door. Had a little hiccup with booking but all fixed up by Brett and the troublesome door is sliding like a beauty now! I found Brett to be very polite and friendly and had no trouble with a sneaky 3 year old Spiderman trying to help. Highly recommend this group.

We had a lovely experience with this company. I called them - spoke to Brett, who was lovely and helpful. He advised me that Jake will be in touch to organise a time. The very next day Jake was out to fix our sliding doors. We changed the wheels on all the doors and they are now working perfectly! We are very happy! Jake was very professional, polite and efficient. There was no upselling, we were told what the problem was and it was up to us to fix one or all. Glad we did them all at once - we received a discount, which was great. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED this company.

He texted through after recieving job that day asked to provide photos of doors, called immediately after recieving to arrange a time as it was, he made it happen two days later!
So I get home today from work and find the doors now slide open and glide!

The difference in my doors is unbelievable. Had both glass sliding door (28yo) and security sliding door (12yo) repaired, saving me $$$$ as I was looking at replacing the glass door because it wasn’t working properly and thought it had seen its days. To watch the repair being done in my home was a bonus as I got to see the difference between the replacement mechanisms which are way more superior and sturdy than the originals. Definitely recommended and love the quietness and gentle sliding of my doors.
