So where to begin, first off MARK LUGG from the colac branch has been nothing but exceptional! He has shown explementary work effort and outstanding people skills especially when dealing with myself, I can be hard to deal with at times and Mark Lugg has been extremely supportive and understanding over the years with my situation and my lack of social skills has never deterred him from giving nothing but his best, it isn't easy for people in my situation sometimes and the way Mark Lugg works with us helps us to keep hope alive. I can honestly say that the way that Mark Lugg strives to be the honest, earnest and a dedicated worker for his team and branch as well as the people that he helps should be the gold standard for people in his Job description, Thank you Mark for everything you have done over the years and everything you will do in the future!
