Though the funeral service went well, follow up service is very poor especially when WD Rose failed to timely register paperwork, causing a delayed death certificate, holding up legal work and adding more grief and stress to the family! Disgusted!
I have been trying to find an Email address to ask about my problem privately but I cannot so - here it goes, publicly - I attended a funeral on Wednesday (yesterday) at your Cheltenham address - which was very nice but.having spent $100 for flowers - which I know were delivered at 9 a.m. For a 10 a.m. Funeral - I would like to know where they were! If the family had requested No Flowers (I obviously didn't know that) what the heck happened to $100 worth of flowers and why were we not contacted to perhaps collect them?
