Kelly really knows what she’s doing, she’s a very professional and caring person and really goes above and beyond for others. She’s helped me over the years and especially during these uncertain times. She checks in with me all the time which really shows me that she cares not only about her job, but the people she’s helping too. Absolutely amazing, would recommend.

Total joke of an agency unfortunately. Absolute barebones set up that may as well be run out of the back of a truck with the way it is run. This place gets all the reject agents from other areas or the inexperienced ones that are using it as a stepping stone to move elsewhere. If you are serious about looking for work and want an agency with people that actually care then look elsewhere. I understand that they are supposed to be not for profit which makes a whole lot of sense but if it's your life and your future it's not worth settling for something like this when there are plenty of agencies better than WCIG Geelong.

Edit: Due to the reply I might just add that this place was a barebones facility for many years prior to Covid and after returning and giving it another chance it's almost exactly the same with the understandable Covid reductions which only make it worse but at least there's a valid reason for that.

I came to WCIG as a complete anxiety ridden wreck of a client who couldn't attend an appointment. Through patience and understanding, my consultant worked with me to address my issues and helped me make appointments to start getting medical help. Throughout covid, my consultant continuously checked in on me to make sure that I was okay. She didn't have to do that, but she did and I am so thankful for that. I told my consultant I am now ready to enter the workforce, and within a week, I had a job interview. Thank you!

James who I used to see here was nice to chat with sometimes although he probably ignored me when I told him I'm not interested in washing dishes again to make money. After all I have a degree and would've been overqualified. I also was bullied while I was a dishwasher. Do not ask WCIG to help you find meaningful work because you'll be disappointed. Now I'm supported by atWork Australia who have paid for my forklift licence training
