Old school service. They always load the 20kg sacks/jerrycans into my ute. I thought maybe because I was female but they do that for everyone lols.

I have been a customer in the rural side for 11 years, never has there been a problem. If the item isn't in stock they will source it for you, they go out of their way to make sure you are happy and looked after. The guys and girls who work here are just the best to, always happy with a smile and kind word. I can not recommend them highly enough.
I would give 10 stars if l could.

Yeah you should be open till 5 on Saturday. I pulled in at 2 minutes too 4. The guys was already locking the door. Would not let me in. And had left the car park by 2 mins past. Just needed to grab something quickly. I would say you would be busy enough to be open till 5. I counted 8 cars in the following 10 mins pull in the carpark and back out again. They surely went to Bunnings.

Wrong price on strapping I was given a sorry but wouldn't come to the party on the price that was displayed and another team member said this is the right price on another lot of strapping and that price was wrong and still would not lower that price you have lost my business for good disgusting mitre 10

Always good service and staff bend over backwards to help as a farmer help getting right stuff at good price there got it all its like a supermarket for farmers not like some other places

Disgusting administration. Heard the employee discussing someone else's private personal business. Appalling behaviour from people who should be there to help. Would say nothing short of privacy breech that they should be taken to court for. They need to take a long hard look at themselves and train their staff and administration better. Never shop there again.

Waiting patiently to be served while another customer finished paying for her purchases, to then have that staff member just walk off past me, no acknowledgement they wont be long, there was another staff member behind the counter but once he finshed doing what he was doing turned to a customer who had just walked up behind me & asked to serve him. I waited for quite some time just to purchase some cat food. I understand if your busy but i dont think it's too much to ask for a simple acknowledgement, 'sorry won't be long'.

Great place to shop for the professional tradesman down to the handyman, always obliging, if its not in stock they will order it in for you. Very good Rural supply as well, Freindly customer service and knowledgeable about anything Rural.

Went here today for steel 3 people approched hubby and I for help and not one was helpfull so we walked out. Went to mooroppna hardware were they where more helpfull with what we needed.

Much better and friendlier than Bunnings. It's also a lot quicker to get through the checkouts and find assistance from staff.

Good hardware store with large range of products, usual hardware, builders needs, farmers needs, big range of pet products as well as stock feed. Lots and lots of stuff.

I love this place I'm in there all the time buying home improvement items. Last week one of the fellas on the floor talked me through how to do the job and it worked out really well. I would much prefer to shop here than Bunnings most of the time it is cheaper or the same price, also its never insanely busy which makes it nicer to get a park right out the front and get served quickly.
