Wayne Ritchie's Ringwood

I have made several purchases from Wayne Ritchie’s water ski shop now. They have been incredibly accomodating and nothing has been too much trouble. This included me buying a slalom ski from them that I didn’t like. Without hesitation they took the ski back and sent me another one to demo which I really liked. I bought another ski based on the demo and I absolutely love the new ski I bought. I live in Queensland and they organised the freight for everything so there was no hassle for me whatsoever. I spoke to a few people during this process but a special shoutout has to go to Hamish. After all the phone calls, and there was a few, he remained positive and extremely helpful and got everything sorted so I ended up a very happy customer.
I can’t recommend this shop and the people that work there enough.

I ordered a new Burton snowboard tool online which I needed super quick as I'm heading overseas within days. My order was processed immediately and received within 2 days which was brilliant. A pretty happy purchase. Max is very professional and patient. He helped us to try 5 pairs of boots on and finally found one which is most comfortable and fitted to my mum.

I got my bindings here, I was using a ride board from the 90s so finding the right bindings to match proved difficult, but the team here was very helpful and helped to find a solution, I highly recommend

Once in store: awesome customer service. Was after a new pair of Burton step in boots and bindings, and rep was extremely helpful and patient.
2nd time online just recently: wow express delivery exceptional. Ordered Tuesday night. Updated 1st thing Wed morning it was packed awaiting courier collection. Arrived Thursday.

Had warranty issue that was handed fast, efficient and with no hassle. Rosie is a credit to the business, exceptional service…. The kicker here is I didn’t get the item from them, Rosie just offered to help. Now to get the new kids 120 wake board sorted… rare to see good service, good price and great advice.

Before shopping at Wayne Ritchies with Eliza’s help, we have been to other shop in Melbourne. You can only tell that how impatient the other shop was when you have the comparation. Actually the staff of the other shop was not bad at all, but Eliza is on a different level when help my family to choose and fit ski equipment and gears.

It’s very lucky for the owner to have someone like Eliza.

Wayne Ritchies staff are very accommodating. I placed an order online and unfortunately the stock was wrong. However they were quick to address this and promptly sent me out a generous replacement. Highly recommend.

Really happy with the customer service I received at Wayne Ritchie's over the phone after an online order I messed up (both life jackets I ordered for my kids were too small). I spoke to both a male and female customer service rep and both were so helpful and nothing seemed too challenging, and they swapped life jackets for correct size without any issues even though the really didn't have to. Items were delivered so quickly, I was actually shocked at the efficiency and speed of their delivery service. Would definitely recommend this store and use again. Thanks guys ️

Went in the store today for 5 mins looking for snowboard boot and no one said hi or cares about what you do there. Bad customer service. Very disappointing

The fella who sold me a board today was an absolute legend. Spend so much time explaining everything, the level of knowledge is actually amazing. I really feel like I got the right board for me. Fantastic service I can highly recommend Wayne richies!

I got a board and bindings and he went WELL beyond what I was expecting to receive. I was exchanging messages with them on messenger for about a week trying to get a rope as well and he tried everything for me. Customer service was great they went well beyond what I expected a store would. The person I was talking to spent hours chasing up different items for me and got back to me very quick get at service.definitely going back 11/10

I'm extremely happy with my purchase from Wayne Ritchie's. I couldn't be happier honestly! I will definitely buy from them again. I ordered a buoyancy vest and it was too small so I decided to returned it by post to exchange it to a size bigger, and got the new size shipped the same day as they received my return! Hassle-free exchange, and shipping was very fast. Additionally, staffs are very accommodating, helpful and super friendly! Especially the customer service from Facebook messenger, very responsive and answered me promptly to all questions I had regarding my return. Thank you again:)

I ordered a ho ski boot. There was an issue as it came with direct connect system. The day after they called to let me know and gave me the choice. They located a traditional plate and changed it over. Absolutely awesome communication, fast delivery. Definitely will buy again.
