They are always extremely responsive to my enquiries, and the staff exceedingly professional & knowledgeable. Postage is always superb. The staff gave me refund of 15% on total order value. I needed to additional stuff on the existing order but couriers had already taken my parcel. The staff shipped the additional items for free. Super impressed with the fantastic customer service I've received from Waxit. I made a purchase on boxing day, forgot to add an item so they quickly refunded me and allowed me to make a new order just in time before the sale ended. Then, I received my order and one of the products was the wrong size, no worries, I sent a photo to Waxit and they express posted another box to make up the difference.

Really happy with my experience and will definitely shop again.

I have been buying car care products from them for a few months now and it has been a good experience so far. They have a good variety of premium products and offer regular promotional discounts if you keep an eye out, they also dispatch their orders very fast.
There were more than a few times when I had to put my order on hold, change a few items post purchase, cancel my order, return items etc etc and Waxit was easy to get hold of and helped every time. Sean in particular as he is the one I have been dealing with whenever I had any issues, he has good speaking manners and has been very helpful and accommodating every single time.
The only thing they can work on or is missing is the 'return items' set up, you have to organize and pay for the return if you change your mind about an item and if a wrong item is sent or the item is damaged then they will reimburse you for the return cost but you still have to organize it.

My wife ordered me a cordless polisher and a few other pieces.
Upon unboxing I realised the charger and 2 of the pads were missing from the order. The wife shot off and email to which the guys at Waxit responded to promptly and were happy to resolve the issue with no fuss. In fact a little too quickly!
They responded saying the missing pads should be in the box containing the machine. After double checking they weren't in there she sent them another email letting them know.
The guys at Waxit had already express posted the charger before the wife had time to email them. Again another email back from Waxit apologising and happy to resolve the issue.

Overall, a bit of a bumpy experience but can't fault how it was dealt with. I will buy from Waxit again in the future without hesitation.
