Sylvia is certainly a Waxing Ninja but oh so gentle and caring. Very clean, skilled, professional, friendly and the waxing bed is so comfortable that I have to keep chatting so I don’t fall asleep during waxing. I get everything waxed and afterwards I feel relaxed and refreshed.

Sylvia has her own small salon that is so professional, clean and calming. She has so much experience in craft and that’s very clear when she waxed me today. She was so informative about the process, the science behind it all and the steps I should take to ensure proper aftercare. Honestly couldn’t have asked for a better service and I will absolutely be referring her to all of my friends.

Five stars just doesn’t seem quite high enough for the amazing service Sylvia provides at Waxing Ninja. I’ve been a client of hers for a few years now and the quality of her work and facilities is by far the best going around - I’ve moved all around Melbourne since I started seeing her and irregardless of where I’ve been I’ve still driven back to see Sylvia because of how great she is! While her waxing skills are out of this world, the best part of being a client of Sylvia’s is that she is so nice and genuinely cares about her clients and what’s going on in their lives. If I mention something to her she will follow up with me the next time I see her which is at least a month later and I’m always amazed by how she remembers the little things! If you’re in the market for a new waxer you will not look further if you give Waxing Ninja a go!

Slyvia the Ninja is the kindest, most gentle waxer out there - always makes you comfortable and makes you laugh. She gives me the best Brazilians every single time. Her studio has a great set up and smells really good! Easy reservations by sms and incredibly affordable services. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a new place to wax.
Ps. I also purchased the ingrown hair roll-on. It was worth it, it works!

After going to Brazilian Butterfly for a couple years and having some not-so-great experiences, I wanted to see someone who had a privately owned business. Sylvia is absolutely fantastic, the room setup is beautiful, the quality of the wax was great - least painful wax I’ve had, and the results were excellent.
