Waxed

For my appointment last week I was dealing with Sophia (Bentleigh). From the moment I entered the salon until I left Sophia was nothing but friendly, courteous and super efficient. Even though we were chatting her mind was on the job. Super efficient. The quickest waxing I’ve ever had done and it was perfect, no left over wax on my legs or anywhere else. I joked about why I was getting my eyebrows waxed as they were so gray you wouldn’t notice them to which she replied I can tint them. Nothing to loose I left the salon with new brows. I highly recommend Sophia for her work ethic and perfection. Also, a very nice person. Thank you

Came home and still had black wax all over my legs. Wax got in my hair when she did my eyebrows. She seemed so rushed.

It takes one employee in one event to make you feel so bad that I have decided not to come back again after I was a regular client.

I arrived 10 min later as I couldn't find a parking spot, trying to call twice and let the place know but no one answered. Came in, the bell rang but no one came for 13 min. I waited with my 4year old daughter. Eventually decided to call the staff.
One girl arrived said they finished lunch and because I'm late she cannot accept me today and asked to book for 3 hours later.

She was there with another employee, they just finished lunch, there are no other customers in there, I am there, pregnant with a 4years old girl, waited patiently for almost 15 min and they cannot accept me.

I said thank you and that I won't be coming again.
Took my business to la Boheme nails to do waxing, was quicker and cheaper and I also got my nails done.

Won't use my loyalty card again.

The lady was friendly and professional. Prices were very competitive - cheaper for students and those who rebook on the spot. My eyebrows look amazing! Really happy customer; will be returning soon.

Specifically requested only a tidy up and explained that I’ve been trying to grow my eyebrows out to be thicker for a really long time. Walked out with very thin and uneven eyebrows after being told they were already like that, which they were most definitely not. It’ll be fun drawing them on for another 6 months at least. Pissed off is an understatement.
