The best for brows! I’ve been seeing Lauren for the last 1.5 years and she nails it every time. The other girls also do a fantastic job. A beautiful, relaxed salon, I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Always a great experience.

The girls at the wax gallery are amazing! I recently switched to the wax gallery from another salon and I was not disappointed. My eyebrows and lashes always look amazing and the girls make you feel so welcomed during the service. 100% recommend

The only girls I trust with not only my brows, but anything at all beauty. Brows, lasering, waxing and facials, I’ve had it all and never been disappointed. I always feel welcome, all questions and concerns have always been answered. Couldn’t recommended more highly!

Went in for a lash lift and tint and finished to find my eyelashes extremely over curled. Went home and showered to try and get the lashes to drop, which they didn't, they were still stuck to the top of my eyelid. Additionally, during the first lift, my lady was was very harsh on my lashes and eyelids with some product seeping into my left eye. My left eye was so swollen that it hurt to close. Contacted the salon and they said they would relax them for me which I was happy with. Went into get them relaxed and took all of the curl out, made them frizzy and over processed. It looked like my eyelashes were just sticking straight up from my lid. After the relaxing, my eye swelled even more and I was directed to put a cold compress on them. This then made the eyelashes go even crazier and take an inverted shape, curving downwards. Went to the doctors in the afternoon and they notified me I have a burn on my eyelid from the over processing done in the relaxing. Only upside was that I got a refund but will now have to wait 6 weeks until they are back to normal. Very disappointed.

2 weeks ago I went in for a lash lift and tint. It felt like the lady didn’t care about what she was doing. During my appointment the product entered my eyes and instead of wiping my eyes (outer corner of eye to inner corner of eye) she did the opposite, continually rubbing them and irritating them more to a point where I asked if I could just do it myself, she so pleasantly told me “It’s not like you’ll go blind or anything”. When she showed me the finished result my left eye was lifted more than my right and she didn’t even tint my bottom lashes, I expressed this to her and she informed me that my lashes will lift more by the following morning and if they hadn’t I should reach out to the companies Instagram page or phone the salon. I knew that evening my lashes weren’t going to lift anymore so I reached out to their Instagram page. I was asked for a photo of proof; which I sent through, I was then offered to come back in and have my right eyelashes reprocessed, which I stated I was not comfortable with and asked if they’d be willing to cover my next appointment. The owner did not want to do this and offered me a 50% discount, she then went on to leave me an extremely passive aggressive voicemail about how she has done me the biggest favour of driving out to the salon to process my refund when she’s simply too busy to be in contact with me via Instagram. A few days after the appointment I got a sty on both eyes in my waterline and my eyes have been severely sore and red since the lash lift and tint. I went to the optometrist and actually have chemical burn on the insides of my eyelids as the product entered my eyes during the process and actually burnt the insides of my eyes. Not only did I stupidly pay for a service in which I did not receive, but now I have medical costs to cover because of their poor practices. These are peoples eyes, EYES! You cannot mess around with that. I went here because of the photos on their Instagram for their lash lifts, the girl that did mine was not the one credited in the photos of the lash lifts on their Instagram. Some professionalism when clients reach out to you unhappy doesn’t go astray and neither does basic human compassion and respect. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Have been using wax gallery now for ages for my laser hair removal they are really good especially Taylah who has helped me with it since I decided to do the treatment. She also saved me a heaaaaap Of money as the other service I was using had pretty much zero affect after 8 sessions! After only 2 at wax gallery I have seen a massive difference and Taylah also helped by explaining why it wasn’t working at the other salon and what the difference was. Keep up the great work guys and thanks again for saving me money which obviously helps a lot right now in these times!

New to The Wax Gallery and loving it! I’ve been visiting for the past 6 months and have been impressed by the professionalism and service of the staff! I mostly attend for waxing however have also enjoyed the hydrojelly microdermabrasion which was an absolute treat and left my skin feeling amazing. Special mention to Tess who is great at what she does, friendly and accommodating. Thanks to all the girls at Wax Gallery, a clean and friendly space!

I have been going here for lash lifts and now brows for years and there is no one else I would trust nor would I go anywhere else! Lauren and the girls are no doubt the best in the business and always make you feel amazing, cannot recommend Wax Gallery highly enough!

Have been sending my teenage daughter to Wax Gallery to get eyelash extensions for sometime now and the retention after a couple of weeks is amazing - such beautiful quality lashes and technique.
The girls are always very welcoming to my daughter who attends appointments on her own and they leave her feeling more fabulous than when she walked in!

So I’ve been going to the Wax Gallery for a while now to get my eyebrows done and have always had a great experience, the rooms are beautiful and the women there are so lovely, I don’t want to take away from my experience but the only issue I’ve had is the last time I went (yesterday) the wax must have been too hot because it has burnt the tops of my eyelids quite badly and I’ve been using aloe Vera gel to calm down the burn. She was a lovely girl and did a great job just had the wax a little too hot

First time at Wax Gallery, and couldn't reccomend them more! Taylah was professional, welcoming and made me feel comfortable from the get go.

I don't go anywhere else for waxing! All of the ladies here are extremely professional, friendly, and experts at their craft. As soon as you walk in you'll feel welcomed and in good hands. I really recommend this place.

I am so happy with my eyelash lift and tint experience! This has been the best I have had. Kate was great in both her work and manner.

The girls are lovely and friendly. Although I have to say I came away really disappointed. I went in for an eyebrow wax and spray tan. Without really asking me if I wanted it, the girl also gave me a eyebrow tint (and charged me for it). I found out the hard way that an eyebrow tint and a spray tan are not friends and the Two chemicals enforce each other so I came out with totally black eyebrows (I’m blonde). It looked ridiculous. And not ideal for the wedding I had to attend.
The makeup artist I later saw was pretty shocked and said it’s pretty common knowledge that you don’t tint and tan. It’s two weeks later, and my brows have only just recovered.
FYI wax gallery staff - don’t mix tint and tan!

Walked in with luscious brows that only required a tint and a tidy. Walked out with uneven, over waxed thin brows.
