Purchased a new Golf from Harry Chen and could not be happier.
Harry made a fuss when we we took delivery with a little handover ceremony. Harry followed up a few days after we received the car to make sure we were happy. We feel like we were VIP customers even though this was the first car we had purchased from Waverley VW. We will certainly purchased again.

This is the third Volkswagen we have bought from Harry. He, and Volkswagen, are our go-to for cars. Am loving the new Tiguan. The standard features list is amazing. Driver assist and active cruise control made going to the snow a dream drive.

Service team very rude throug entire process. I won't name names, I felt like I'm being spoken down to on numerous occasions and a customer shouldn't feel like that. Not denying the service job itself was well done. I won't be going back. VW Ferntree Gully by comparison is 5 stars. Wish they were still close to me!
