This time it was bad, they didn’t cleaned my car properly, just service. It might be money thing, but they always took good care on my car before. Complementary clean was always there, but not any more. Sad to see losing them, will try another Toyota service Center again

I was change my turbo with them the charge me $4229 and after 11 months my turbo again die and the keep my car more then one week and after that the making excuses one the saying the exhaust effect on turbo and the manager Tony he is very rude person and disrespectful person
The trying to take more money and push me to buy new turbo for $2500 be careful guys if this happen to you guys never accept and don't pay for them again if this happens to anyone please let me know don't take your car to there the are just scam
No good treatment to the customers even though they represent Toyota. I paid them over 30k$ for a brand new car but one tyre was faulty and they blamed me that there is nail, before give them the tyre I checked it and there is no nail at all nor screw. Very bad experience and treatment from Waverley Toyota
I couldn't be happier with the service from Waverley Toyota. Paul, Mohamed and Michael have done a fantastic job of solving a couple of mysterious issues with my beloved classic Sportivo and she now runs like a Swiss watch! Customer care, communication and expertise are the full package. A+
Excellent place for Toyota servicing! I've brought my Toyota Corolla here many times now and after each service, my car drives so smoothly and just like new. Friendly, knowledgeable staff, a shuttle service for locals (Dropoff and pick up from home) and great coffee in the waiting lounge! I have absolutely no complaints about Waverley Toyota. The professional team at Waverley Toyota will not dissapoint. Highly recommended ️Mickey
7 hours to do a oil change and a few inspections. Got a call half an our before I picked up my car to tell me the brake pads need to be replaced and if I can bring it back tomorrow. REALLY.
I’ve had to take the day off from work to get the car serviced.
No effort from the service team member who’s name I won’t mention to try and accommodate me.
The lame excuse I was given was that 65 cars were booked in on that day.
I guess that’s my fault.

Charged $211 to tell me the same fault I advised the first day I dropped off the car. Worst customer service ever in my life, as everyone in there office seems to be poking nose in other people’s discussions, GO LEARN SOME MANNERS MATE, and of course you got your lesson already.

Hi, I would like to thank James and the team. James was very helpful and honest. I was told my 4 yrs old vx Prado needed new 3D camera replacement, Sensors and steerwheel adjustment price range was btw $2000 & $1750 which was all lies.
So I called up other dealers and I ended up driving to Waverly Toyota service, I met James he looked into my car and said everything works the switch was off that's why sensors were not working everything was excellent nothing needed replacement as I got told from other Toyota dealership.
Got my car serviced anyway it was due
only cost me $350
Guys any problem with your car go see James his the Man. 5 star for James!

Excellent service! 26/7, My remote to my 25 yr old camry was replaced at one day notice. From the moment l arrived l was greeted by a friendly and courteous man, and given the total cost up front.
Waited in their warm lounge, telly on, coffee, and newspaper.

The best service any person could ask for. Friendly, helpful and priced right. Have been servicing 2 cars from new for 9 years and have never had a complaint. Having just bought 2 new cars, there is only one place they are going.
