Friendly staff in all the shops I went into today. Had a lovely coffee with friends at the new coffee house.

Its good. Plenty of parking, plenty of shops, buses aplenty. Lotta places to eat or have a coffee. Entries and exits for cars are a bit janky and require caution which most people apply.

Went to Cole's to buy coffee and place is most convenient and people friendly. Very busy today. Still great place to shop.

I never had any problems very fast service and kind and you go into the fast service lane. That's where you will get served faster. Highly recommend I bieng shopping there long time.

Has everything you could need including a variety of stores, Drs clinic and Pathology collection!

Good shopping centre, plenty of different stores parking is becoming a problem as more people are using this centre

Spacious shopping centre, with enough car parking spaces. Cleanliness is maintained all over the shopping centre including the toilets.

WHERE ARE THE PONDS SO MISLEADING.otherwise great experience i did not get my woolies worth at woolworths though.some shady kid stole my wallet. The staff at most stores are friendly.

Can get busy at times and it can be a bit confusing navigating around to find a shop. Apart from that, it's got a lot of stores and is a decent shopping centre.

Since the outbreak of the pandemic the staff have become disinterested in customer service. When organising a trailer hire I was forced to wait for 45 minutes and deal with 3 different staff members. When I finally collected the trailer staff refused to assist hitching it to my car due to liability issues. Not happy!

Lots of shops, with all different things. Not too many creeps and generally great customer service

Nice place for shopping as you can find good restaurants for lunch and dinner and all best brands for shopping also you can do groceries.

Holy Moly! This place has got everything you need. Food, tech, games, movies, phones, hair cuts, massage, burgers, grocery, sushi, retail stores and those pop-up phone case stores in the middle of the paths that no one buys from however still stay. Promotional events are friendly, car park always full. The crowd is 'exciting'. Only thing this place is missing is a maccas, which I dont think is even necessary.

Wide variety of retailers including all your favourites as well as discovering new favourite stores. Great one stop shopping.

Waurn Ponds Shopping Centre has a good variety of shops as well as being very accessible with good car parking. Main negative is traffic congestion getting into the car parking areas and difficulty in finding a car park when in the car parking area.

Guy named Billy helpes me with the transferral of movie sessions, awesome attitude and demeanour, very positive and friensly person to talk to:)
