6Gold standard of customer service. I ordered paint at 4pm online for click and collect, the next day Josh rang me first thing advising the store i had ordered from did not have stock and he would take care of it and have it delivered. Within 3 hours i had the paint in hand. This is how you do customer service! Kudos Wattyl!
Great location with ample parking. However my overall experience was less that superlative. I found the $145 tin of stain I needed but could not get a color match on another project - no paint color scan I guess. Anyway, the staff are not thick skinned and take offence when it is insinuated that they don't know anything about the art of color matching. So they sent me off to Bunnings, minus the tin of stain I might add, albeit the factory really needed that Wattyl stain.

Best paint store in the area. Stocking Purdy gear which is hard to find. Huge range and friendly staff, especially Ian who is always happy and smiling.
This is an excellent paint centre with great products in a well laid out store, always with tempting great specials on the shelves and floor. The self-serve coffee machine and cold water on tap is also a nice and welcoming touch, great for when you're waiting for your paint to be mixed. The staff is very helpful and a special mention to Tom who always goes over and above. Highly recommended.
