The old man (name Ian, i think) seem does not like to see customer. Refer to put hand in pocket and look at the customer struggling to carry stock and open the door

Spoke with Emre and he was extremely helpful explaining what paint I'd need and getting me the right product, he moved heaven and earth to help me meet my deadline.

I visited the Brooklyn store, to get advice on my home project. The team was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I purchased the products I needed, Thankyou guys! Great service!

I found staff member Ian unfriendly and unhelpful. Seems like customers are an inconvenience to him. He could not have been more disinterested in my project. To add injury to insult he turned out to be incompetent. Order a Wattyl Titanium white sample pot and it comes out sky blue. Order a Wattyl Stalactite white sample and it comes out grey. Waste of an exercise and waste of time driving back for a refund. Wouldn't have bothered but they charge $7 for a sample pot and I bought four. Competitors charge $1.20. I pointed out to Ian that he was the one who mixed the paint incorrectly but he was too full of himself to even offer an apology. Look elsewhere.

Even with covid in place, staff still very helpful. Customer service is of a high standard from advice over phone to help offered with restrictions.

Trying to put some budget for renovation that I am planning to do in the next few weeks or so. Went to this shop to asked some questions about product and prices. I received full and appropriate customer service even I said I am not planning to buy anything at this stage.

Ben is amazing. I contacted him about painting the insiode of my house. I didnt really know what i wanted and he took the time to help me and get the right products that I needed. And arranged delivery! What more could you want!
