As a Podiatrist, I regularly use this store for shoe modifications, and suitable footwear for clients. A trusted Melbourne business, that is family-run, and offers expert service.

Great shoes, but I was too uncomfortable to buy anything with salesman standing in the same room staring at me. Bit creepy.

Smallish shoe store which also does repairs. Had my shoes repaired and they did a good job.

Had a great experience here. Sales staff were very helpful and friendly. Got a good price on what looks to be a quality pair of boots.

Gentle, Friendly advice from the owners of this shoe store. And they go back four generations here. They’ve a great range of kid’s shoes. Check out the Jasper range from Keens. We bought a pair of Blundstones which began in Hobart in 1870, for walking. The owners took the time to make sure they were the best fit. Worth a visit if you’re looking for a good pair.

It’s so hard to find shoes that are both pretty and comfortable. But here I found them in spades. The shoes I bought are gorgeous and smart, and more comfortable than the trainers I was wearing. This is going to be my first stop when shopping for shoes from now on.

Watt's has been operating for a long time providing great shoes and related foot product. More importantly is the people and service they provide. If you have a need for special shoes they have the skills and can do attitude.

A family member has had one shoe of many pairs built up to assist with a shorter leg for years. Recent surgery has reduced the need. The team offered to reduce the build up on shoes they b had previously completed shoes.

Super helpful and friendly owners, great with my cranky toddler. Really good selection of supportive and comfortable shoes.

I like the idea of a family run business, but when I went in, the lady who served me was unhelpful and totally disinterested. Didn't attempt to check my sizing, didn't offer to get other sizes, didn't try to show other shoe styles. Just totally apathetic, and made me feel like I was putting her out just by being in the shop even though I was the only customer. Really bizarre experience.

Watts was recommended to me to replace the worn out soles of my Wolverine boots. They replaced them with a poorly applied sole that was peeling along the edges and had an incredibly thin tread that had little grip and wore out quickly - which I guess means repeat business but it wont be with Watts.

Excellent service and great variety of fashionable and COMFORTABLE shoes. My favorite place to shop for shoes. And for those of you that said parking can be difficult, there is a lot around the corner and another one a block away.

Great people, they have helped us with shoes for our children over the years, very friendly people and always patient, great service and shoes.

I love the shoes that I got there today they have a great range their quality shoes all around for everyone.
