It is a beautiful place. Needs bit more maintenance as I heard some branches cracking up last night but did not come out of the tree. There can be dead branches on trees that are dangerous to public on windy days. Other than that could not have enough of this place.

One of the best located parks in Melbourne. Good walking, running, & photographing the abundant birdlife. Sensational.

Huge park with lots of space for different workouts. There are walking paths galore as well as an oval. You can walk the loop from the carpark along the path bordering Riversdale & Elgar Roads for approx. 2km. That's also the Tram playground for the little people.

A great park, loads of tracks to choose from. Very easy walking and a good playground complete with old trams. A great place to visit to get away from it all in the middle of a leafy pretty neighbourhood.

Great place to hang out for the day with kids. Lots of seating area, ample parking Getting in and out on the play trams in the parks keeps the kids busy and something new for them.

I haven't been there but would love to as they have the only surviving Lone Pine Tree in Melbourne.
This is a very special specimen due to our Anzac History.

Lovely park with excellent natural bushland. Playground is getting a bit old, but still in good condition.

Large, spacious local park with playgrounds, an oval and a couple of (strictly ornamental) trams. Looks beautiful on autumn.

This park is a delightful bush reserve in the middle of suburbia with a mixture of Australian native and European flora. Great place for walking the dog. The Chalet is a very nice function Centre set in the middle of the park

I really just run through here as part of my running route, but it is very pleasant. A great place for family picnics - and kids love playing on the old trams.

It's a spacious and lovely park that features historic buildings, picnic grounds and recreational facilities. It's an excellent location for a variety of activities with family and friends. The Chalet, which is situated next to the parking lot, is a popular venue for functions. There's also a playground for the kids next to the old trams which are sitting there. It's a great place to go during the day!

Great park for dog walking with lots of forest trails. Picnic area in the forest with tables and an old tram car. Big open field. Also a good cafe.

Attended a beautiful funeral. The setting was just perfect: perfectly peaceful and graceful: as nature always is.

Love the old school trams kept near the play area but the rest of the park looked a bit dull and boring.

Always a great place for a friends catch up & bbq. Good clean easy to operate bbqs, don’t forget to clean up after use! The playground & tram in need of an update but still a great place for kids to run & explore.

Nice park, peaceful when its not crowded, and great for barbecues.theres quite a few trails that lead into the "forest" area which are quite fun to explore.there are around two ponds, one large "woods" area, an oval, a picnic/barbecue spot, and a playground.there is also a running/walking circuit which is quite good
