Watervale Shopping Centre reviews
37Poor negligence and dangerous for kids, my daughter fell over and no phone number to call to speak to centre management she tripped over live electrical poorly coated
It's a good essentials hub. Has all the stuff that you need and is great for a quick dash to the shops so you don't have to go to the major shopping mall unless you need more than the day to day stuff.
A clean and tidy well kept local shopping center. Good variety of support stores. Woolworths is main tennant with a fuel outlet onsite. Easy access with plenty of parking.
Love this place. Can't say the same thing about watergardens Woolworths though as a employee named chaylin tried getting me bashed by her boyfriends older brother at a bus stop in front of the Melitta estate on Keilor Melton HWY in mid 2020 for absolutely no reason at all. To make matters more frightening as that the man on a motorcycle whom she tried getting me bashed by was a out of uniform! /off duty policeman? Ever since I have been affected and afraid of going into watergardens Woolworths in case I see Chaylin. So I prefer go anywhere else to buy my weekly groceries from Watervale.
Carpark in here is WAY TO TIGHT! Makes so much backlog waiting for someone to turn in and out. Terribly designed. Shops inside are ok for a little local place.
Customer service lady made us feel rather belittled when we shopped there and we were unable to use our vouchers.
One of my go to shopping centre. Even better with the laundrette which I can drop my washing in the drier then go shopping. Love the variety of shops and more parking.
Small shopping centre, have few shop include Safeway.
Just for local residents in Burnside height and around it:)
Such a lovely shopping area. I can’t recall the shop name but it had delicious pies and sandwiches. Home made lasagnas and other dishes to take home!
Nornally I prefer CS shooing centre or hillside Coles. I find Watervale a bit odd. But lately it's been great, customer service has been spot on.
I spilled something at the self checkout, quite embarrassing honestly, but the employee (I wish remembered her name) at the self checkout was very helpful.
Thank you!
All good woolies.a bit too crowded during weekends.but veggies are fresh and store in good condition.will need to add more staff in counters especially on sat sun afternoon.
I liked here because I could shop at Woolworths, which has a great range of frozen fruit like cranberries; which I could not get from Coles supermarket.
Great place to shop
The team at Woolwoorths are always friendly and helpful
The florist has quality stock and very friendly
Highly recommended
Woolworths is shocking here failing to have enough checkouts open, shame really that's how you kill little villages like this
Small shopping mall with a different selection of your usual shops lots of parking good access
Covid safe
Small but convenient one stop with BWS and indian grocery store just opposite to it.also laundry at the outside
Great place to shop except for woolworths which never ever has staff on the checkouts.oh, self checkout you say. #*ck you where's the discount?
Why are the doors to the men's toilets open, they stink and make the whole corridor stink. More cleaning is required
I sometimes pop into this Safeway when I need to grab a couple of things.and it always caters to my needs
