AVOID PLEASE, my cousin nearly lost her life due to the incompetence of doctors especially Dr manuel who ignored her request of appointments with covid put her on a waiting list and never got a call then after a week he requested her to come in with a special needs kid only to refuse her antibotics even though she had bacterial infection wanted blood work, and a phlem speciment on demand as he didnt believe her.that was 7 days ago still waiting.for results meanwhile shes in hospital with pneumonia already for a week. This pretend doc should use his humour less and try and care for his patients. She will NOT return to this doctor ever considering she needed intensive treatment at a hospital for something that was preventable. After 12 years loyalty this clinic is for the rubbish but they already know it from their reviews.

I would NOT recommend this clinic.
I have been attending this clinic for 6 months, reception staff can’t get appointments correct, Dr’s in this clinic are constantly running late and then refuse to help with what is needed as they are running late or simply have no care in the world for any patients. One in particular Dr Udara has no care for her patients at all, always telling you to come back another day as she has no time for you even though you have a double appointment booked and have waited 30-60 minutes past your appointment time.
Even after changing Dr at this clinic there is still no help or medical care.
This clinic is simply useless.

Dr Su Lin Ng is EXTREMELY RUDE!

My mother had her first appointment with this GP, and the experience was beyond disappointing. The doctor's demeanor was shockingly rude and unprofessional throughout the entire visit. I am appalled by the lack of respect and empathy shown towards my mom, who came seeking help and medical advice.

Instead of addressing her health concerns, the GP chose to scold and raise her voice in a demeaning manner. It is unacceptable for a healthcare professional to treat their patients with such disrespect and disregard for their well-being.

As a concerned family member, I expected a certain level of professionalism and compassion from a doctor, especially during the vulnerable moments of seeking medical assistance. However, this GP failed to meet even the most basic standards of patient care.

Not only did the doctor neglect to address my mom's health issues, but the entire experience left her feeling dismissed and humiliated.

I had a regrettable experience during my recent visit to Dr. Ng's clinic as a new patient. Unfortunately, I found Dr. Ng's attitude to be extremely negative and impatient, leaving me feeling disheartened and unheard.

From the moment I entered the clinic, Dr. Ng seemed disinterested and unwilling to listen to my health concerns. Despite being a new patient, I received minimal attention and felt rushed during the examination.

Dr. Ng's communication style was also dismissive and lacked empathy. They appeared to be in a hurry to move on to the next patient, neglecting to address my questions or explain the diagnosis and treatment options in a clear and understandable manner.

As a new patient seeking medical assistance, I expected to be treated with respect and patience, which unfortunately did not happen during my encounter with Dr. Ng.

I hope this feedback reaches the appropriate channels and helps address the concerning behavior displayed by Dr. Ng towards new patients. It is vital for medical professionals to uphold a compassionate and understanding attitude, especially towards those seeking help and guidance for their health concerns.

I sincerely hope that my experience will be taken into consideration to improve the overall patient care at your clinic.

Service here is horrendous. Particular receptionist is blatantly rude, dismissive and uncaring.

Vile, repulsive people shouldn't be working with the public.

Less painful to leave and take chances at survival without medical attention.

Dr. Su. Lin has been of the highest medical Standard.l've had a few reasons to see Dr. Su Lin.l can't Thank her enough for Dr. Su's warm manner towards me. Thouroughly Best Dr.l have come to trust 100%.

Just had the unfortunate experience of having to deal with a rude receptionist there. Her attitude from the very start was dismissive and not helpful. Has the practice changed hands in the last few months? No bulk billing, familiar staff gone? Gosh, this young girl was so rude! After going there for years, we will now be going elsewhere.

The negligence of this practice is unbelievable. My daughter has a suspected UTI, and they are refusing to give me the results until Monday, as my daughter isn’t with me (at school). They are giving me no other solution, won’t allow me to come later as apparently they are booked. So they’d rather let my daughter suffer is she does have an infection. Absolute negligence, I’m lost for words.

By far the worst Medical Centre, This place needs to be closed down.
The Reception staff seriously need to have an attitude adjustment for when they are speaking to their customers that simply keep them in a job.
So rude to the members of the general public.
I witnessed today a young man wanting to get a blood test done and the staff insisted that he wear a mask, the young man politely advised the staff that he had a medical condition and a supporting letter from his doctor for his exemption.
They staff wouldn't have a bar of it and told him to leave.
A little short fat lady from behind the counter came waving her hands at him insisting that he buy a mask from the chemist next door or he could not have his tests done, I mean seriously do they all think that they're above the law but no one can prove that the so called Covid actually exists.
What an absolute disgrace by their dealings.
This would have to be discrimination at it's best.

If there were minus stars, then that's what i would be rating them at.
People really need to stay away from this medical centre as Iwill be doing so myself.
I'm certain that there are far more better Medical centres around the area.

Awful experience coming here. The reception staff here is very rude especially the old lady - “Leonie”. You could clearly see the difference in treatment by her towards white and coloured skin people. Never coming back - had an emergency or else I would have canceled my appointment straightaway.

Update: After posting this, the manager Mandy straightaway had a chat with me to ensure this situation won’t occur in future and she’ll have a chat with Leonie. Which I do appreciate.

Do not recommend anybody if I could give a no star I would reception staff very rude need to be re trained as people visiting the clinic are sick or not well don't need to be abused. Also 75 dollars for 10 minute window only to be charged Double when doctor went over time justifying time. Doctor required a covid test for everything. But sorry is that the only illness at the moment Do your self a favour try the new clinic in caroline springs on the corner very impressed went there plus its free good bye watervale medical never see me there again

I had to uncomfortably watched as the receptionist (female with red hair) spoke down on a patient and humiliated him in front of the rest of the patients and receptionists.
They clearly have not be trained correctly, lack empathy and patience. What a horrible environment they are upholding for people who are only seeking help.

If i could ill give it zero star rating. They only believe covid is the only flu out there. Doctors wont give any prescription to any antibiotics.
Went to another medical centre down the road and got antibiotics for the influenza i had.

My experience with Dr. Su Lin Ng has been absolutely horrible. She shouldn't be in practice! Her lack of empathy, professionalism and care for her patients is absolutely appalling. My best advice to all future patients "do not seek medical assistance from Dr. Su Lin Ng, you will be extremely disappointed and it will be a complete waste of your time! "

Busy clinic but have never had to wait too long, definitely waited longer at other clinics (left my last dr clinic because they were consistently over an hour late every time I attended). I've seen a few of the drs, they have all been fantastic. Dr Manuel can be really busy but worth the wait for an appointment, he explains things very well and doesn't make you feel like he doesn't have time to answer your questions. Nurse Stephanie is absolutely lovely.

I have been to this practice many times and every time I am shocked by the rude attitude of the receptionists. There's a lady always arguing with the patients. Annoyed when someone asks her something. And once my personal experience is that she lies. I went for my son's covid vaccination and on booking the appointment I wasn't told to bring a medical history letter from his gp. This receptionist started fighting with me that why didn't I bring it and when I said that I wasn't informed she lied that we always do it. Luckily my gp clinic people are good and they sent the letter in a few minutes by fax.
The administration should seriously change the reception staff because poor customer service is affecting the reputation of this medical centre. Many people just go there because of the good gp's and because they are going there for a long time.

Tl; dr: Receptionists poorly trained, staff are incredibly rude, refuse to apologise for misinformation even after acknowledging they give it and then deny treatment.
I was given two different pieces of information over the two different phone calls I had with the receptionists at this practice. I arrived for my scuba diving medical certificate without the proper pre-testing required, despite specifically asking if I had the right documentation in advance of the appointment. When I expressed my frustration Dr Su Lin suggested she bring in the practice manager so I could raise a complaint. The practice manager refused to listen to my complaint, just kept raising her voice and talking over me then threatened to throw me out of the clinic when I tried to do the same. She acknowledged that her staff were poorly trained (which is a failing of her responsibility) but refused to apologise for the inconvenience she had caused me, despite the doctor agreeing with me that the receptionist had given me misleading information and they needed to be trained differently. After she left the room the doctor realised she was running late and had other patients to see. At this point she refused to continue the consultation. She also did not apologise for the practice having wasted my time. I was quite upset by the end of the session and am appalled that a medical professional felt comfortable letting me leave the practice in such a distressed state, knowing I had no follow up medical appointments planned.
