Awesome Service. Dentist is someone with whom my daughter was never comfortable with but the excellent staff at Watervale Dental was very nice and friendly. The dentist was very well behaved and she was never in a hurry. She gave us enough time while explaining the x-ray and showed my daughter the issues she had with her teeth. We had to visit them for a couple of sessions but we are happy to have found our family's regular Dentists now. Highly recommended!

My kids are not petrified going to the dentist. My daughter is only 12 and has needed a bit of dental work done. She never dreads going as the experience is always amazing. Dr Chan is brilliant!

Dr Chamandeep S Jassal - I was fortunate enough to stumble accross this dentist some years ago where she gave me an on-lay for one of my molars. I then lost contact as she had moved practices. I then saw 2 different dentist for root canals and was less than happy with the care taken during the procedures. It wasn't long before I tracked Dr. Jassal down again, this time for a filling and another 2 on-lays. After my short 50 years on this planet, Dr. Jassal is definitely a rare breed of calming and caring for both myself and my daughter - highly recommended!

Before my appointment they've adviced me to be cautious of the covid19, that I am to remain in my car before I am called in for my appointment. This place is a circuit. What a waste of my $50 consultation, paying for her to be on the phone solving her issues, on my time. As soon as I was in the room one of the nurse handed me a form to fill in. I was there less than 15mins, it would have been only 5 minutes or less discussing my wisdom tooth, 3 of the nurses walking in and out discussing their daily schedules interrupting every minutes. The door was open the whole time while I was there, the nurse pop her head in telling for the dentist to take the call, and while the dentist on the phone, the same nurse who handed me the form, approached me to fill in the form while I am waiting. Once the dentist finished with the phone, she pop her head out talking to the nurse outside the room. I was so annoying and found it very rude, i was thinking to myself OMG where am i? At one point I have to say, sorry I am paying for this consultation, please tell me clearly what is the procedure of removing my tooth. One more careless thing about this place, i was so much in pain with my tooth that i constantly touch it, the dentist said to me 'please stop touching your teeth because you have to fill in t he form', i apologize and asked for a tissue, so kind of her to hand me one piece of tissue after i have to ask for it. It cost me $50. So not happy, will never go back.

I wrote this review straight after my appointment, on the same day. How you don't know? That's how unprofessional this place is. I do wonder the patients who gave you 5 stars, families and friends?

First time going to Watervale Dental and l must admit it was a great experience, receptionist was friendly and Dr Ryan Chan was super helpful, was most impressed with the service they provide will definitely be going there again 5 stars thank you

I have been a patient of Dr. Chamandeep Jassal for a few years now, she removed 4 wisdom teeth in one sitting and I cant commend her enough for the care and effort she put in.

Excellent! Is the word that comes to my mind straight away. I am 71 years old and have been to several dentists in my lifetime. When I saw Dr Chamandeep Jassal for the first time, about 6 years ago, I was amazed by her professionalism, knowledge and care. Until that time I had not found anybody who was as caring, skilful, nice and honest. That’s the reason I have been recommending her to all my friends and family. All my family and friends are also fully satisfied with her professional care, skills, knowledge, understanding and honesty.

I’ve been coming to see Dr Chaman for 6 years now as a dentist and she’s amazing! I’ve always felt really comfortable with her and she takes time to explain the process, answer any questions and give great advice on how to better care for teeth and gums.
