The centre has good accessibility for South-Eastern suburbs, modern furnishing & equipment, secure premises & parking, comfortable seating, desks & meeting rooms, and most importantly - awesome staff and community of peers, who are friendly and helpful.

Great spaces that are super flexible and cost effective. It's a good break from normal boring offices that I've seen in the past. The community is like one big family, even if you're a small business of 1 person, it feels like you have co-workers, people to share your wins with and people to ask for advice when you need it.

I've been part of Waterman Business Centres for the last 4 years and I don't have a single regret (except that I wish I'd done it earlier in my business career).
