Love, love, love working at Waterman Business Centre in Chadstone. The office is beautiful & our clients are always in awe of the space. The facilities are incredible & easily accessible. It's also so convenient to be able to pop into the shopping centre during a break!

There is a lovely community feel, with so many social & learning events (whether in person or remotely), that allow us to meet/network with other tenants.

And most importantly the Waterman team are all so wonderful; always there to help us and are all round great human beings.

Love working at Waterman Chadstone! The location is great, the team is friendly, lots of free parking, and all the perks of being next to the Chadstone shopping centre.

I have worked in a few co-working spaces and Waterman is hands down the best! No hassle parking, the staff are friendly and always there to help when you need it. The facilities are great and I also value getting to know other businesses in the centre and collaborating with them. Would highly recommend any of the centres.

An incredible work space where we are fortunate enough to spend our days. The team are so warm and inviting from the minute you step out of the lift to the ' have a good night' you receive on the way out. Would highly recommend the Waterman Centres to any business big or small!

Absolute disgrace!
COVID19 hit Victoria and businesses were in lockdown. Despite cancelling my membership, Waterman opted to continue charging me for three months. I have since requested a refund and I am now being told their terms state we are not entitled to a refund. It is tough enough for business at the moment and this adds further pressure to the situations.
You guys should be ashamed of yourselves.

Already at Melbournes most popular shopping centre and the choice for boutiques from around the world to share their experience, what better reassurance do you need to have your own space within the business Center at Waterman!
Be sure to bring a pen! These spaces go quick when available. I believe there are more locations about Melbourne if you don’t find your growing business needs at Chadstone.

Extremely predatory pricing for hotdesks. Lures you in with a $30/month deal, then surprises you with thousands of extra costs. Crazy prices for desk hire ($20/hr), meeting rooms ($50/hr+), and best of all - after hours phone service ($165/hr). Absolutely predatory.

Difficult to find and there are no directions for it in and around shopping centre. The space itself is good however not warm and inviting more clinical

So what does the $30 per month cover?

(Why would we allow someone to come into our $8 million dollar business centres for $30 a month, use all our meeting rooms and then find that they aren’t going to transfer the money?)

I am insulted by this comment I could pay the next 10 years up front in cash.

Great co-working space! As a business owner, I’ve been here for over a year. I love the community aspect and coming to a gorgeous space every day.
