Waterman's is the best environment to work in. It has great service, friendly staff and great community. I would highly recommend Waterman's to anyone looking for a great working space.

A class part! This is by far the best co working space I have worked at (I have worked and tried a few places). After I experienced Waterman offices and culture. I just stopped looking/trying other spaces.

All waterman centres (I visited) have aesthetically pleasing designs, very roomy, have excellent community managers (Joel and Daniel), great reception staff (Sav, Mary, Taylor) all facilities are extremely well maintained. Could not have asked for more.

I always assumed they were expensive… BUT after giving it a closer look, they are NOT. Depending on your requirement it can very very reasonably priced (Co working memberships). For a small business or startup, this is an absolute boon.

The cherry (s) on top are.free coffee sometimes at Caribbean park, excellent cafes/eateries near by, stunning views, well distributed network of offices.

A great place to work. You want to come to your place of work at Waterman Scoresby. Plenty to do here, 2 very good cafes, choice of food is good and there’s alway activities as a tenant on-site to make you want to work on-site more often than not.

Basketball court, table tennis, beer and wine sessions, themed catch ups, Monday breakfast. Sold.

Good facilities for businesses and small business owners to use for space to run the business or meeting places for a business. Great Hot desking area to use a desk in a nice environment.

A great co-working place. Lot of private and open spaces. Many like minded people who collaborate the ideas. Aesthetically planned interiors and green outdoor. Monthly and weekly activities to support the members. Flexible membership plans available.

This company has continued to take money from my account despite my 4 emails requesting to cancel this membership and immediately stop payments predating back to December.
I received no response to my last two emails and they have continued to invoice and charge me. I would expect this to be refunded immediately, however they have not taken any time to respond.

This is not the only issue, my first introduction to this centre backdating to December, the girl at the front desk was coMpletely unhelpful. I worked in this space for two days before deciding to revoke my membership due to the unhelpful front desk girls who could not explain the centre or what was on each level, let alone the access or where to find the bathrooms, but very happy to exert attitude. I then experienced being told false information from these girls about the doors to get in to which I was left outside waiting for 45 minutes in the cold.

Do not recommend at all. I have been in several co working spaces and this is by far the worst.

Just hosted a Hybrid physical and Virtual meeting in the training centre at Waterman, it was a hit for the execs.attending.
Easy access for all of my guests and presenters, the room was set up, tech.was easy to navigate, fast wifi, Middleman had great coffee and was perfect for lunch out in the sun, Joel Marie is the community manager who gave us a tour of the facility, we were blown away with the other floors and spaces available. Given my event was on the first floor it was hard to imagine another two floor spaces above, glad we did a tour during a morning break.

Great share working space for small business or small teams who require flexible working space.

I have been a member at the Waterman Business Centres for only a few months now and I found their co-working spaces to be perfect for my small business. The staff at Waterman Business Centres are very helpful and are always joy to deal with. I would recommend Waterman Business Centre to any one looking for a flexible working space.

Awesome space to work from, whether you’re a one man band or a small team, Waterman Caribbean is great.

Absolutely loving working in this Waterman Business Centre. Perfect place for collaborating with others. Surrounded by beautiful landscapes to go for walks all around, the Caribbean centre is really fun to be working out of. Above and beyond the physical space, Waterman is great at putting on events and growing the community.

As a visitor to the Centre, I was unable to find a car parking space. Visitor area was completely full. I parked on the grass as there was no other option and came back to a note on my car saying that my organization provides basement car parking. Being a visitor, I could not access the basement. Disappointing experience.

This has been my working home for nearly six months now and I love the place. I feel so professional being based here with my business and I could not recommend the facility highly enough. The community and the environment make coming to work a real please. Thank you Waterman.
