Will not stop texting regardless of how many times you tell them to stop

One of the worst cleaning I've ever had. Complete waste of time and money. The clean was so poor, completely left a lot of areas in the apartment untouched.even the part that was cleaned didn't look clean at all. I had to do a complete clean afterwards myself.

Enquired for a BOND CLEAN quote in FEBRUARY.
They did not reply in time for the clean to be performed.
Since then, they have repeatedly and relentlessly sent me text messages, enquiring if I want the cleaning provided by them.
Each time I have replied politely saying, that I am no longer in need of a bond clean as it was already done and I have moved out. They ignore every SMS I send, and continue to send texts every week.
I have now left a very angry voice mail for them to stop doing so. My next step is to report them to the telecommunications ombudsman and then to ASIC for coercive conduct.

After the person on the phone took all my details (and oddly thanked me for the information when asked if I had a pet) they asked me to download an app called Hyega to make the booking. I'm a grumpy old man and I don't have time for this, I will be using someone else. Don't know why you can't just book over the phone. Feels impersonal.

I’m on Workcover and after 3 weeks of negotiations with Waterlily, was told to use an app called Hygae to find my own cleaner! Is this a joke? Waterlily is a Worksafe agent. They need to find the cleaner and bill my Workcover company. I sent them the approval letter. I had to see a doctor and the process gets approved by Workcover who generate a letter especially for the Company approving their specific service. They shouldn’t be registered with Worksafe if they can’t find injured workers cleaners. How ridiculous! I will delete this review if they correct the situation for me. This shouldn’t be so difficult. They should know what to do with a Workcover client! It’s wasting my time and energy and stressing me out. I’ve been waiting 3 weeks for them to organise a cleaner then they tell me to use the Hygae app and find my own cleaner and send me a link by text! How unprofessional! They shouldn’t be registered as a Worksafe agent if they can’t fulfill their Worksafe obligations. If they don’t rectify this situation, I will notify Worksafe and suggest they be deregistered and taken off the Worksafe website. An absolutely outrageous way to treat a physically injured worker with depression!

Sharon was very responsive which is so important. The Cameron team were very polite and professional. They came on time and within 2 hours house was so clean. I am really happy with them and looking forward to work with them.

Used Waterlily for a deep clean after lock down and Christmas rush, and they did a fantastic job. Lovely to come home to a beautifully clean house.

When they've first come in, asked for instructions of what and how we'd like things cleaned, followed those same guidelines ever since! Overall value and quality is good and we're happy

Sharon was lovely to deal with, organised a cleaner to attend within 24 hours of speaking with her. She is super responsive and communicates really well. Sharon arranged for Rachel to come clean our 2 bed, one bath town house and all I can say is “wow”! Rachel was right on time, very polite and got straight down to work. She worked solidly for 3 hours and did everything I requested. The place is spotless and I am very happy. Thank you!

Selina and Sue are so quick and understand my needs I have hired them on a weekly basis as they have proved to be trustworthy and not fussy with my demands

I recommend Waterlily for house cleaning. I live in Mount Eliza and have Rose who is my cleaner for my 5 bedroom house and she is fantastic. She is thorough in the details and punctual.

Moral: Fraudulent spam doesn’t work.

Ben and Michelle From Waterlily have been cleaning for us weekly since October 2019, and I can not speak highly enough of their professionalism and ability to clean things so that the entire house looks brand new again when they are finished.
I would recommend that anyone looking for a cleaner gives Waterlily a try and see if they don’t impress you as much as they have impressed me.

Kelly cleans for me weekly and does a great job every time. Setting up the service was very easy and prompt. Definitely recommend.

Cameron cleans the common area hallways of our small apartment block of 4, he always does an excellent job and goes over and above his duties to make sure he leaves the place as clean and tidy and possible. I would highly recommend him and Waterlily

Waterlily cleaners have been great. I work full time and have three kids in the house that I can’t keep up with. I get my house cleaned for nightly. They are trust worthy, well priced and clean the house very thoroughly! I would definitely recommend.
