45Nobody seemed happy, by the amount of apparently unemployed people filling in the place during the day, you'd think they would be, being able to afford to shop on the dole. Oh yes, my bad, they doubled the dole payments! Great place to go to buy your drugs uniterupted in broad daylight. Also maybe if your considering having your car stolen for insurance purposes.
I ordered the chicken pho through Uber eats at Old Man Pho Watergardens and it was terrible. First off there was a tiny handful of chicken that was rubbery. There was hardly no onion, in fact only 1 red onion ring. Only a tiny bit of spring onion that was dry and the Asian herbs were dry. I had a few mouthfuls and threw it out. Save your money and time, go to a proper Vietnamese restaurant instead of this franchise
Great shopping, plenty of parking has huge target, big w and woolies. Great selection of specialty shops also

Took the train from here to the city. The parking is close to the station and seems quite safe.
