I’m very fussy about coffee and have thrown away a fair few sub-par cappuccinos my time.
Waterfall gully café makes a very acceptable coffee that is not watery, not too milky, and is nicely blended and aerated.
I had a discussion with one of the staff about it and he was telling me that a lot of the process is automated so the coffees are consistently tasty. He said even the coffee press itself is automated for consistency.
