I purchased my reverse osmosis water filter from The Water People and have been using them for my water filter cartridges for over 20 years now. Love that I get them sent automatically and I don't have to think about it. All the staff are very friendly and always happy to help with anything. They only stock the best quality filter cartridges; with the best interest of their customer being very important.

All good. Only small issue was a failure to answer a message sent on the chat function. Phone service was good though.

Received excellent advice on the various filter systems to match the needs of my church. Had countless questions answered over the phone and email before even committing to the sale with a very fair quote afterwards. The installation was exactly as per the agreed date and time with the Reverse Osmosis unit and tank mounted nicely under the sink and everything tidied up. The unit is more compact than I expected even with the remineraliser fitted and operates whisper-quiet. We were upgraded to a 12L tank and the flow is amazing until just shy of empty. Am impressed with the system and the service and will be upgrading my home unit from a different company when its R/O membrane is due for replacement. After a lot of research into water filters from other suppliers, this Aussie company (The Water People) is hard to beat.

Worst experience ever with Water people. Technician came and changed our element kit due to boiling water dispenser issue, claim it under warranty (advise by them) started to leak after replacement, called to ask for a technician to come check. Refuses to come check on their workmanship. Irresponsible manager advice it’s under warranty need to speak to Billi customer service and they can not help. Managed to speak to Chris sales rep from Billi (great guy) to get one of his technician to come check, turns out it was the Water people’s technician fault. No apologies, no call. 3 days since the problem was rectify. Would never recommend this company to anyone. A shame they are Billi authorized agent and how these people treat their customer when something is under warranty.

Very very impressive, we’re on-site within a day or so, on time and having correctly diagnosed the problem over the phone had ther spare parts to complete the job. Had helpful advice on efficiency / saving options on consumables Well done!

We had our water filters changed today by Adam from The Water People and were very happy with the service.
I booked it at least 6 weeks ago and thought early this morning should l follow up today but no, Just thinking this and Adam rang to say he would be here in 20mins which he was and 30mins later we had lovely fresh water on tap again. Great service and product

Used to be great until the experienced technicians left - now a service takes forever and costs way more. Our last technician spent most of his time reading the manual while he was here - in future we’ll go elsewhere

Amazing service. Have a zip hot water system rang zip direct (who also service their own systems) charged us $150 to tell us we need a new system for 3k. Rang the water people who came over installed a new pump and it now works fine. Will be purchasing all future filters from the water people from now on due to their excellent service.

For many many years I been wanting a zip tap, I drink a lot of water generally speaking, so I figured this would be a good idea and chilled and no need for kettle to boil water and save space. When the time came closer, I started to research on where I could buy one, I came across the water people. Here I meet Melissa, I spoke to her about the zip tap, I also noticed there was another brand there in the show room which I didn’t know, anyways I did some more re search and found that billi is a good competitor to Zip so when I inquired from Melissa she gave me information on both, I decided to go for Billi. I had this installed and extremely happy with it.
I just wanted to say Melissa is professional and knows what she is talking about as she actually have these installed in her own home as well. Thank you Melissa for all your assistance with this. I highly recommend you speak with water people before you purchase your tap.

I have just had delivery of my new water filter. I was not sure what product I needed but the staff were so friendly and helped me thru the selection. I was very impressed with the courteous staff and their helpful advice. Would highly recommend The Water People to anyone looking for water filters.

I’d highly recommend the water people for their service and detail. Melissa and Ricky in particular have bent over backwards to help in a tricky situation. They are careful and considered and have given us a great experience overall.

We had researched and gathered information about either a zip or Billi tap without satisfaction from other stores. We finally met Melissa at Water People. This fantastic woman knows her product, speaks professionally, honestly and with respect. She has these products in her own home and knows what she is talking about because it’s a family business. Go there. You won’t be disappointed.
