7Good old fashioned service I bought a water fountain for wife for Christmas and was expecting it to come after Christmas I then got a call saying that they could supply and fit it prior to Christmas if that worked for I was so pleased they came they fitted it and got it all up and running it looks amazing and the service is as good as the product great work guys thank you
We recently purchased the 120 cm water bowl and are extremely satisfied with it. We live in South Australia and chose the bowl without actually visiting Water Features Direct, relying instead on the detailed description and photos on the web site. We found communication with company was prompt and clear, the item was exactly as described, and the interstate delivery was on time.we wouldn't hesitate to recommend W. F. D.and their water features
After extensive research, by far the best quality fountain I came across (and with comparable pricing). Great friendly service with time taken with installation as well.

As it turned out there was a leak.
The fellow in the office wasn’t so nice saying I caused the leak by tugging on the cords which was untrue.
Having said that, Vince came back and fixed it happily and promptly! Thanks Vince!

If you have a large garden and want a water feature would be worth dropping by. Some very large water installations which would need a truck and? A fork lift to move
