Washt Laundry Bar

I am a local resident who frequently uses washt. The dryer located in the second row from the left below is not working properly, and I reported it to the owner last month, but it was still not fixed. Like last time, I paid again and used the dryer next door. I also called or texted the manager to no avail.
This is definitely an unmanned self-service laundromat.
If anyone uses it, please avoid the second dryer on the left.

This is an excellent laundromat. It was very clean, a very professional set up. In fact, it was the best laundromat I've been to. Has pet washing and drying facilities. There was a change machine and washing powder and fabric softener available.would highly recommend. The automated front door was a great idea. The coffe shop fish the street was great too.

As I was walking into Washt recently, I overheard two girls walking past: "Is that a laundromat? I actually thought it's a bar. " To me that pretty much sums it up. Washt is clean and classy, and a place I actually enjoy spending time at while I wait for my laundry.

On my very first visit I met Bill, who went out of his way to provide the best customer service and has done so ever since. His attention to detail ensures Washt is kept pristine.

I initially was drawn to the pet washer and dryer, however, I have started bringing my linen and towels too. There is rarely a queue as there are plenty of machines available.

Facilities include coin and 'tap and pay' card machines, free WiFi, USB charging ports and tv to keep you entertained while you wait. There is ample space to fold laundry once it's dry.

Most annoying experience ever! Took a bulky mattress protector there, parked and paid for that, loaded the biggest machine, poured detergent and fabric softener in the machine, just to findout that the card tap on the machine doesn’t work! Wasted my money, time and detergent.

First time washing, good clean machine, wash from $5-$13, depend on load, dryer $$5-$10. TV, wifi

The dryers take money and turn off. When come back the clothes are still wet as it came out of washing machine. Waste of money and waste of time. The photo added is after drying for 36 mins, and they are as wet as before. And this has happened multiple times even with my mates.

The most clean laundromat I’ve been to.
There is a separate machine for pet which shows how hygienic this place is! There is also free wife and phone charge connection.
Not to mentioned that the place is so well maintained, I’ve been to this place at least once a week in the last 12 months and I never saw a broken machine.

Exceptionally clean and well maintained. Coin or card operated machines and dryers.easy to follow instructions; change, detergent and softner machines on site. Staff really friendly and long opening hours

So far the best laundromat experience ever had.
Good price for the great service delivered, the machines are well maintained, the laundromat always is always clean, there is a CCTV so your washing never go missing if you accidentally leave a load behind, but the best part is they have phone charger connection & wifi, Pretty handy!

The Had an amazing experience getting my laundry done from this place. One doesn’t have to bother about the clothes once put in the machine. High quality dryers are used and the best is the man who runs this laundry bar.
Would go and recommend visiting this laundry bar again.

Had the pleasure of running into Uncle Billy this morning at the laundromat, he was awesome and even put my clothes into the dryer for me when I wasn’t there. Great customer service and a sparkling clean little laundromat!

Very clean/quick and easy to use. Worker on site was very helpful and friendly. Great place to do a massive laundry haul or a doona wash.

Decided to try the laundromat on a rainy winter day to dry our bedsheets. The place is very clean, has plenty of washers and dryers, and they are new. Big dryers and well priced. And the best thing is.they accept cards.

All new machines and very clean. Can use cash (gold coins) or credit card. Lots of dryers too. Lovely space.
Quite a busy place but didn’t have a problem getting a machine or dryer. There are a variety of sized machines which take 2-5 loads and the same with the dryers. There is also detergent and money change machine. Excellent laundromat. Friendly owner

The Gentleman who is there working on Saturday mornings is so lovely. I believe he is the Uncle of the owner. Great service, he is so friendly and kind and helped me with a problem i had. 10/10 customer service and 10/10 conversation:)

I won’t be going anywhere else to do my washing and drying. New, clean and heavy duty washer & dryers. Washed and dried all my bed linen and blankets while I sat and enjoyed my chai latte from a few shops up. This isn’t any ordinary laundromat. I felt like I was in some super trendy south Melbourne café. It’s great to see a business like this that has invested thinking and money to an enjoyable customer experience.check it out for yourself. It’s super cool!
