Wash World Car Wash Cheltenham

I came here to use the touch free car wash. I paid and while I was cleaning my tyres and windows the car wash closed and didn’t let me drive forwards. I tried to call twice and didn’t get an answer, so left a voicemail but was useless in the moment. I had already paid, so was not going to pay again but then had to pay an additional 5 dollars to use the normal car wash to get the window and tyre wash off my car. I ended up getting the wash on my pants from having to get out of the car which I think will stain. Overall I am really frustrated with my experience and want me money back.

Solid car wash location with plenty of space and areas to clean your car. Not super busy which is appreciated as waiting times are low.

Best self serve wash bays in Melbourne, great chemicals and hardly any lag when changing between each one

I've said it before and I'll say it again, best car wash in Melbourne by far. I still drive to it even though ive moved and its a 20 minute drive. The quality and cleanliness of both the equipments and auto wash machines is just amazing. Please keep up the good work Wash world

I always come here, it’s got great facilities and 2 auto wash bays and heaps of vacuum bays touch less paying via phone or card, in both wash & vac, perfect for me

Did $16 wash, and left streaked jets of one of the cleaning fluids all over the car. May have been caused by the dried function blowing cleaning fluid from the surrounds back onto the car.

However, great customer service, Andrew discussed in detail the possible causes and offered to meet me there at my convenience to run my car through to identify if the issue repeats, and give me a complimentary clean!

Same issue as previously stated with chrome, or should I say anodized aluminum and yes it’s also a brand new VW.

Excellent facilities. Pet peeve however is people creating traffic flowing out onto the street because they want to sit back and wait to see who finishes washing their car next, rather than just picking a bay and pulling into it.

If your car has chrome silver roof-racks or chrome lining around your windows, don't take your car here! My brand new VW T-Roc's roof-racks look trashed now with this milky-like stain along them. It's ironic as I paid for the top option in the auto carwash. Now struggling to find a way to get the stains off. Will be returning to washing it by hand as I have done in the past. Absolute joke.

Great car wash, very popular. Found the best time to visit over a weekend is late evening when the rush has settled down.

Lot better compared to others in the area, have coin option as well with the card at the same time and the foaming brush and other liquids used are too good, complementary you get a wheel liquid cleaning option free

Great car wash and always satisfied with the quality of it. Never had any issues, would highly recommend the auto jet wash as it left my car looking crystal clean!

Great carwash, there's enough room for a queue of cars. The machine works well, cleaned my car beautifully. One tip for first timers (like me), drive slowly at the green light so that your wheels get washed by the low sprays properly.

This place is a gem. So much better than many other car wash places in the Bayside area. I have been using their new touch free automatic wash machine and it cleans fantastic. Highly recommended for anyone after a great car wash without having to do break a sweat. Also to mention the other facilities and premises always well maintained.

Paid for the most expensive option. Everything went like clockwork until I got home, looked at the car and noticed the roof was still dirty, the bonnet still dirty and ended up washing it myself. Not good enough.

Hands down the best car wash in Bayside! I can't fault this place.
The overall environment is exceptionally clean, and the facilities are super easy to use. My experience at Wash World has been amazing!
