Warrnambool Visitor Information Centre reviews
18Very friendly staff and the place has heaps to offer in terms of information and things to buy. Amazing view outside as well
We visited Sunday 30th April 2023 Delightfull lady gave us fantastic detailed information. Assist to the town. Thank you.
Fantastic service even while under stress of a busy day. Thanks to Andrew who made our day/night.
We very much appreciate his thoughtfulness, consideration, and dedication.
Always stop into the Visitor Information centers during my travels.
Staff were helpful and had heaps of knowledge about the area.
The information centre is also apart of the Flagstaff Marinetime Museum.
Main building were Information Centre is located, very clean, organised, plenty of pamphlets to be had.
Lots of merchandise to browse from. We did not go to see the flag hill museum but it looked like a great experience to go if we had more time. Lots of info brochures and other goodies to look at.
Excellent facility. Very helpful & informative staff. Maps & information booklets were very good.
Helpful and friendly staff, lots of information available about Warrnambool and the surrounding areas,
Love coming here every time we are in Warrnambool. The stock keeps on changing with lots of new products all the time, with even some of the old favourite as well. Great views from here as well out over the bay and the gardens of Flag Staff below.
Beautiful place with loads of information to gather, lovely pieces to buy, amazing staff to help and to access Flagstaff Hill Museum. Also has a lovely restaurant next to it caller Pippies.
We were greeted by friendly staff, who took his time to explain about the center, and was generous with his time explaining the features of the villagr.
Highly recommend to visit this "Step back in Time". Beautiful restoration and experience for All ages to enjoy.
Wasn't a favorite Visitor centre we have been in. Mostly there to sell entry into the miniature village i think. Had 4 or 5 staff behind the service desk not one spoke to us on the way in or when we were looking at the maps and information. Got the maps we needed and left. The information available oniste was awesome and we were able to get everything we needed.
Fantastic service even while under duress of a busy day. Thanks to Andrew who made our day/night.
We very much appreciate his thoughtfulness, consideration, and dedication.
Brilliant experience. Highly recommend both the day visit (self guided tour) and the night show.
Excellent, very friendly and informative. We also witness the patient staff with some people who weren't quite so nice to them.
Warrnambool Visitor Information Centre holds a load of local information with very welcoming and helpful staff. It leads into the Flagstaff Hill Maritime Museum that tumbles down the hill outside the back door. It seemed to me to be open till at least 9pm so check their hours. Maps and local information a plenty.
Well done village. When I was yonger back in 1976-1977 I was a volunteer there on the weekends mowing the lawns!
I think it is pritty poor that a town of warrnambool doesnt have a bumper sticker saying warrnambool very dissapointing
