If I was holidaying in Melbourne I would definitely bypass the big tourist operators and catch the train to Warnambool and tour the Great Ocean Road from this end with Warrnambool Tours. Excellent knowledgeable guide. She went together with my group on all the walks, with lots of explaining. It surely was better than a big bus tour from the big distant city. Thanks to her dedication to nature I've seen my first (and last) koalas in the wild.

Firstly, Fiona is a wonderful guide - knows the area well. We saw London Bridge, the Grotto: spectacular! Then the Bay of Islands; better than the Apostles. The coast there is amazing, bring your camera. For me, highlight of my holiday. Fun, fun, fun!

What a fantastic time I had with Fiona on this tour. I have done many tours in Europe, North America, Asia and Australia and this would be my all time favourite. Fiona is a local with excellent knowledge and an extremely warm and friendly woman who really goes out of her way to ensure you have an unforgettable experience. And she won't cancel no matter how many people are booked on the tour that day. Fiona took me to some very nice other stops too so it wasn't just the 12 Apostles. It was like going out with a local friend for the day!

I booked 2 different tours and enjoyed every minute of each. Friendly, easy going but professional. Didn't rush us; kept a check with everyone in regards to time and was happy to go overtime if it suited all on board. Thank you Fiona.

The best sightseeing tour agency we have ever been with. What a great experience I and my family had in Warrnambool with Fiona, we explored almost all of the places there. She is very friendly and knowledgeable too. The best part is that she never asks you to hurry up when visiting a place even though you are taking more time visiting a spot. Thanks for taking our family out to the Whale Nursery. We were delighted to see Tripod and her calf, and thrilled that you patiently waited until our 11 year old finally spotted the whales with the binoculars you supplied.

I wish I could give a higher rating! Today I have seen some spectacular scenery and enjoyed a wonderfully informative and well run tour. Fiona is fantastic as a guide, being both local and knowledgeable and is passionate about her home town which translates to a top notch experience. I undertook the full day tour to the 12 apostles and return. It was very reasonably priced for what is included and I believe it was fantastic value for money! 10/10 would do it again.

I told "I want see the fauna" and he did all off h can for show me Warrnambool wild life. Whales was shy but I have meet some friendly emus, a koala, look some maremma dogs keep the pingouins, and he have did all off he can for show me some kangourou!

What a fantastic tour. Fiona was a walking encyclopedia.she was able to answer every question I asked about the Great Ocean Road.the bus was very comfortable and it was just my hubby and me.no other tourists.we also went to many places along the GOR that not many others know about. Local knowledge is the key.plus Fiona is an awesome driver. I highly recommend this tour.

We did the wanderers tour yesterday and it was amazing! Fiona knows her stuff and is so welcoming and accomodating! The tour was super insightful and helped guide the rest of our weekend getaway! Highly recommend!
