Warrnambool Party Hire T/A Grand Events Hire & Styling

We have just gotten married and used Grand Events for our country garden wedding! We could not fault the team from inquiries at the beginning to site inspection, set up, pack up and all the back and forth emails about little details and questions. Jess, Jim and the crew were so friendly and had so many suggestions and advice to make our reception perfect! The marquee, bar, tables, chairs, toilets, flooring, decorations and heating were all in A1 condition. The fact that it was up and available for use for almost a week meant we could utilise the facilities in and lead up and after the wedding. We could not recommend Grand Events highly enough and thank them for making our wedding dream come to life.

Jess you were incredible. I loved working with her to create our dream wedding. She was so easy going and chilled out which was exactly what you need. She styled and created an amazing wedding and ensured everything was perfect on the day! 100 percent recommend for any bride!

Great products available for hire at excellent prices but had an issue with no one being at the store -within normal tradong hours mind you- so we could pick up the stuff we hired. Beware not all products are in new looking condition.

Loved every minute of our experience with Jess and the team. From our very first email, they were professional and so well organised (just what I like!). Despite the many changes and adjustments I made, they stayed on top of everything.
The ceremony and reception were set up exactly how I had imagined. Jess knew exactly what I had going on in my mind, and, hand on heart, I knew I could trust her to set everything up perfectly. She was like my fairy godmother!
I can’t thank them enough for helping give us the day of our dreams. They really made our day ‘complete’.
