Warrnambool Holiday Park and Motel

Had a nice e stay, quiet and comfy. The double bed was a little bit lumpy, it needs a topper, the layout of the unit is okay and the whole unit is a well appointed out room.

Received a phone call whilst at the beach Stating that they would like to enter our room for maintenance We did request that they did not enter the room as we had personal belongings in there But room was then entered anyway and maintenance was carried out whilst out personal possessions were on display and the only reason we knew is because the door was left wide open and unlocked when questioned we were told sorry I was only in there 10 minutes If you like privacy here is definitely not the place to go.totally unprofessional

We stayed here on our way to Adelaide then a week later on our way back to Melbourne. My son, my partner and myself all thought it was a fantastic find for us! Brilliant family run park. Very comfortable and spotless accommodation. I fell in love with Warrnambool - I really hope to come back. Thank you so much for making us feel so welcome!

Thank you to Lisa and the team for being wonderful, friendly, and accommodating hosts. My week-long booking was last minute and I stayed in a 1 bedroom fully self-contained cabin. It was exactly what I wanted and needed…quiet, clean, comfortable bedding, great kitchen and bathroom facilities, and my own sense of space.

Throughout my stay, I was made to feel very welcome and the check-in and check-out processes were extremely easy.

Knowing Warrnambool well, the location was perfect and convenient, being 5 minutes to the local shopping plaza, with supermarkets, chemists, restaurants, and other retail stores. Then another 5 minutes to the middle of Warrnambool where all the businesses, hospitals, banks, and lawyers are located. It is also only 5 minutes from the beach.

My wife and daughters stayed here 18 months ago, and whenever any of us return to Warrnambool we will definitely stay here again.

By far the worst cabin we have stayed in (we've stayed in a quite a few over the years). Economy cabin sounds a lot more luxurious than what you get.

As soon as you walk in you are hit with the stench of the 30 year old cigarette smoke the infuses the walls. To match that the couch had stains that may have been there for a similar amount of time. Provided was 1 towel each but not even a cake of soap in the bathroom to wash your hands or a face washer for the shower.

The price was $158 for one night with a double bed and a couple of bunks in a thoroughfare. We forgot the linen required for the bunk bed and were charged an additional $30 to hire some. Yep $30 for one night!

Will not be going back here

Rooms smell of stale smoke, no soap in shower or face washers. Very outdated. $30 extra for sheets and a blanket for a night. Over all not pleasant.

I gonna say this was the cleanest cabin I’ve ever been in. It was soo clean. I actually looked for some dust. I super impressed. For the economy cabin we were given, My partner asked for a hair dryer. Everyone was helpful.
I would definitely come back again.
Location was great for us. Since we went to the deep blue springs.

One power outlet between multiple sites so not everyone has access, wifi doesn't work, staff aren't very helpful

Fabulous place for families, many things for the kids to do while you relax. The cabins are all nice and the one we stayed in was newly renovated looking very modern and lovely. Staff are amazing and lovely came to our needs straight away with no hesitation. There is nothing bad I could say the facilities were amazing and clean. The park became silent at night and all kids were quiet, the staff had told us if we did have any issues with noice at night to let me know asap and they were straight onto it. Overall an amazing experience, close to the shops and river which was great.

The cabin we had was great for our couple of nights stay. It had all we needed for our stay.

Most annoying part is bed bugs. After we get back home, we had spend $2500 for pest control. It’s not worth it. @ steve: I am not competitor but a customer stayed at your holiday cabin. I am not only the one who complain about it but others says about the rashes.

Consider the following before you book
- it is very close to the main road and quite NOISY during the night.
- the owner lives among visitors and obsesses with her "no noise" after 9 pm rule depite close promity to main road. She would swoop in if you laugh loudly or run around.
- camp fire is NOT allowed at all time.

Outstanding service. I stayed here with 2 others a couple of weeks ago after a wet ride on our motorcycles. Not only allowed one more person to stay from the original 2 we booked, but drove us to the local pub for a meal after a long wait for a Taxi! Outstanding service! Thank you very much

Nice in picture, but in fact is is mini mini mini cabin. And a guy working there really rude when talking with us. Not recommend. I would gv 0 star if can.

This is the worst motel ever, no tissue box, hair on bed, skin rash after just one night, such old equipment, we rather stay in Deep Blue, all the boss care is money, never come back

A great place to stay, very clean, The Owners were very helpfull and made our stay very enjoyable, Cant wait for our next trip back to Victoria

Poor site map, pokey and difficult to negotiate with a motorhome, staff need to work on communication skills. Ammenities were clean. Price was reasonable.
