Rod the host is very hospitable and making some improvements as required. We enjoyed our 2 night stay here. Will be back if passing by again! Thanks Rod, Chris and family.

Basic and generally clean. No towel rails so no option to use save washing option. Bathroom needs a good cleaning! Fridge cupboard needs heat vents - fridge working way too hard.

Absolutely loved our stay at the Central Court. The new managers Linda and Rob were so accommodating. Very clean rooms top job to the cleaners. Will definitely be staying again.

Central court NO-tel

This was rather an unexpected glamping experience!
It started in the car park where I had 5cm between myself and the neighbouring car no matter which spot I chose to park in, that’s okay we can make this work- everyone out through the boot!

We slept in gloves and beanies because we were unaware we booked into experience the ice age and no matter what setting, the heater/aircon blows only cold air to enhance the arctic experience.

Another unexpected surprise- a pool- on the bathroom floor, a literal flood! Must be from the ice caps melting.

Anywho a quick shower to defrost will surely suffice. The lovely pressure from the shower greeted me with an uneven blend of hypothermia, third degree burns and a rainbow of past guests hair on the wall, curtain and tub. It also looked like someone may have spat their coffee all over the shower curtain, perhaps when they were scalded or frosted unexpectedly.
Any option to wash away the unsanitary experience was over with the exclusive use of broken seals on all soaps and shampoos presumably from the last guests. Wow.
If compared to sleeping in a tent, this was a great stay!

Pros: late check in made very easy & bed and pillows reasonably comfortable

Close to town. Comfortable, clean rooms. Showers were the worst point though with very little pressure.

Terrible doesn't even begin to describe this place. Awful rude reception upon arrival and I checked 5 times if I was staying in the same room for both nights prior to even arriving. When I arrived I was told i was lucky they held my room.hmmm I paid for my room in advance so not sure why they would even think they could give my room to someone else.
Double checked again I was in same room and was told yes. Well I entered the room and it had the most awful smell. Bed wasn't made properly room was filthy. Bath had green marks
Bathroom ceiling very bad. I'm still trying to work out was was harder the pillow or mattress as I think a brick was softer.
Again in the morning I checked to make sure my booking was fine for that night again was told yes. When I returned I was told there was no room for me that night so rudely in front of other guests. I'm sure they loved the screaming receptionist screaming at guests.
Receptionist told me to leave before she calls police I told her my room was paid for and she told me she didn't care and I was to leave as they needed the room. I asked her was she happy to throw a child out on the street to sleep her reply was I certainly am now leave. And have a great day. This place even makes Fawlty towers look like a 5 star resort

So now the owner feels it's not accurate. Just wow. It's actually sugar coated yes as the experience was a lot worse than I have made comment about. So now I'm asking was it actually the owner who teated me so badly. Considering I have witnesses

AT first impression the reception area smelt of cigarettes. The motel is very rundown. Ironing board broken, shoer in bath & bath was slippery, no channel 9, TV screen very small (even with glasses on I had trouble reading the screen). The carpet at the first floor stairs old & lifting (tripping hazard) I would not recommend anyone stay there.

Cheap accomodation =
• Untidy complex outside rubbish in car park and around rooms
• Room dirty
- floors not cleaned
- bins not emptied
- bathroom bench and mirror not cleaned
• Air con not working
• Shower head sticky taped on
• No soap dish in shower - just remnants of one
• No restaurant and bar as advertised

Great place to spend the night quality service and thr staff are very friendly. Found a few small issues and made the staff aware they were quick to fix it

Air conditioning did not work properly on heat.
The fridge was completely iced up.
No remote control for the TV.
Very small old bath in a very average poorly cleaned bathroom.

The rooms were so dated and the shower door was missing a glass panel and there was mold and scratches in the shower seen in the photos I have added the double bed sunk in the middle so we kept rolling into each other and another customer mistook our room for his and was able to open our door with his card
I would not recommend this motel and would class it more as a backpackers hostel than a motel

It's a bit aged, the beds are ok but the rest not so much, broken toilet seat, no free internet as advertised. The best part would be the location very close to shopping, food and beach. The water pressure was good and hot water was hot quickly.
Stay don't expect to much just enjoy the beach, shopping and food around here.

I personally managed this place. I also brought it to the company's knowledge that there is a very unsafe and a potential hazzard that could cause severe harm and possible death with the outdate power board at the property. This got dismissed at every meeting and has been brushed under the table. The public's safety is at risk. Personally if I was to stay there, I would not plug anything in if I valued me life.

The manager and entire staff could not be more accommodating. Friendly and fast service. Any request I made, was met without fuss. There was a night where group of family guests were extremely noisy I mentioned to manager the next morning and he said he had asked them 3 times to quieten down that very night. He followed the hotel policies and procedures with professionalism and expertise. Next night NO noise! The hotel will be undergoing a total refurbishment hence restaurant and pool are closed. I have stayed in MANY hotel establishments here and overseas and I would rate this as a 4.5 star but without doubt 5 stars once refurbishment is completed. Highly recommend a stay here you won't regret it.

Terrible! Let me start with pros as it’s only one and cons is a long list.

Pros:
Close to all amenities and true to its name - central.

Cons:
1. Biggest mistake was to stay in this motel. Staff is abusive - can tell you to F… off and show you middle finger gesture.
2. Parking is a joke as it’s super tight and most cars occupy 2 spots.
3. The staff is very rude, lacks basic manners and courtesy. Most staff including the new management was not helpful or friendly at all.
4. The room is very basic, dated and doesn’t even supply basic necessities e.g. Microwave. The size of the shower is minuscule. There was no housekeeping provided even for our long stay.
5. I will not recommend this motel for anyone especially families. Staff screams at the kids and wants them to be strapped in their rooms.
6. My son was absolutely disappointed as there was no pool but pictures of the motel show a pool. The deck is waste of space as nobody is allowed to use it - at least we weren't. Bye Warrnambool! I am sure I will return to you but not CENTRAL COURT!

Booked and Stayed one week based on previous reviews. Website advertised a pool and open steakhouse. On arrival informed there were new owners and the steakhouse permanently closed and that the pool was closed even though it was the middle of summer. Poor cleaning inside the room (dirty bandaids and other litter in room on check in) and outside of the room (dead bird on driveway in front of reception not removed the whole week). Room smelled. No ventilation as all windows had been sealed shut so they could not be opened. Staff were friendly but dressed casually with no uniform. Also no housekeeping the whole week. Main positive was the central location.

Excellent location, as the name suggests, central to most things tourists look for (local shops, restaurants, attraction, etc.). The service was great, our room was clean and well maintained. Breakfast is also available if you order the night before. Great value for money option.

Horrendous experience

If you enjoy being lied to, by the motel management, zero housekeeping, getting yelled at by the housekeeping staff and strapping your kids to a chair with duct tape on their mouth, then you can’t get any better place to stay than this one.

In all fairness taking over a business and these unprecedented times make things really difficult for small businesses. That is why the people at this motel struggle to send a generic email to the guests about the missing facilities. Also these are stressful times for everyone and the motel staff are also human. So they need to vent out their frustration on someone. Who can be a better target than motel guests!

To make their life even more difficult, the previous owners were apparently terrible. They were running the motel with faulty equipment which the new owners had to throw out. I am glad that we didn’t bother having any meals at the motel restaurant. I guess the new management would have found a way to blame the previous owners for using the rotten steak
