The team at this clinic, especially the wonderful Sam, have gone above and beyond to care for my aging dog Honey. Nothing is too much trouble and i know they love her like their own!
Thanks beautiful humans!

They not only specialise in exotic pets, they are very passionate about them! All the staff are great to deal with and extremely supportive. Owning 2 pythons, it gives me a good sense of confidence any health requirements will be professionally taken care of via this clinic. Thank you guys!

The most caring bird vet I have come across!
John is Knowledgeable and caring. We still have a long way to go but after seeing John I feel like we have the best plan for our sweet budgie.

Thanks guys, will definitely recommend you all:)

We took an injured ringtail possum here we found by side of road, as recommended by wildlife Vic. Highly recommended to looking after native wildlife.

Though the possum was euthanised, the practice manager took care to explain things to us of what was happening in a caring manner.

This vet has the most wonderful and knowledgeable staff for rabbits that equals The Rabbit Doctors, they are compassionate and friendly and I will always take my rabbits to them if they need anything

They were lovely and didn't force anything she didn't need. Knowledgeable on snake care and happy to answer all questions I had!
Cadbury however, wasn't a fan of being put in the car only to be poked and prodded then driven home.

I was left in a difficult situation having lost power at my home while my bearded dragon Sage was recovering from a serious surgery. I was unable to get to my usual vet so called around local vets only to find that Warranwood also specialises in reptiles! Despite it not being a usual service that Warranwood offer, they heard my story and agreed to board my high risk dragon until my power came back on.
These kind actions show a lot of passion for animals and I am forever grateful that they took Sage in. We have had a very rough few months with her health and she was finally on her way to recovery so the thought of losing her to a power outage was terrifying.
Sam and team; thank you so much for taking my baby in and giving her a temporary home while keeping me updated throughout, you may have saved her life and our family a lot of heartache. She is back home and continuing her recovery well ️

I just want to say a whole hearted thank you to Rav, Sam and Dr Amber Lee for the utter professionalism and compassion you showed my 10 year old daughter (and I!) when we visited yesterday with her little mouse Shadow. You gave us up front, honest advice focussed on our little friends best interests and you helped my daughter to make the hardest decision she has had to make so far and to let him go. You made every effort to comfort her and provide some closure with a patch of fur and a really beautiful card that she treasures. This despite your clinic being busy and in the stage four lockdown. You did not even charge a lot for the euthanasia. Thank you guys for what you did yesterday with all my heart. We will be back, she is talking about two female mice now:)

You couldn't put your pet in better hands than the team at Warranwood veterinary. They care for all animals as if it were their own being treated.

Wanted an xray for my bearded dragon, they said $200. Came back 40mins later, but before they gave her back me, they said that will be an extra $300! $58 for half filled bottles of medication.
Worse than thieving hairdressers or dentists.

A quality vet that gives specialised care to small and unusual or rare pets however brace yourself for the bill. Enormously expensive and yes, I mean very, very expensive…. We have had various animals treated at Warranwood and each time the treatment was well in excess of $1000. The last round of treatment ran a bill of $1500 for a non surgical procedure not including meds. My real concern is, these prices make it extremely hard for the “normal” person to afford (who is not a subsidised sanctuary or animal shelter) and therefore can’t help but wonder that many animals are put down or neglected due to these inhibitive prices.
My advice, don’t get your child a rabbit or similar small exotic pet unless you are prepared to pay the hefty price when they become unwell……
Please look at your pricing guys as it has become inflated and unrealistic and sadly it is the animals that will ultimately pay the price…
