Warranwood General Store Cafe

I especially like their signature iced milk coffee and banh mi. It is a great place to relax and enjoy a cup of coffee with friends or family.

Yum yum yum.delicious drinks and great selection of vegetarian food available! It's very clean and spacious.

Simple cafe. Was a general store converted excellent food at reasonable prices. The oat latte is highly recommended.
So is the greenie meal……being from NSW Hunter valley this was a great experience

I have heard from a few locals recently that the coffee here is the best in the area. I was not disappointed!

I will have to come back to try the food.

Dear Warranwood Cafe,

I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received at your restaurant today. I am a regular customer and have always had a positive experience, but today was different.

I was served by a young blonde girl who was extremely rude and inattentive. I asked twice to confirm if you had beef pie left, and she said yes. However, after I paid and went to my table, she came back and said that you had run out and suggested that I replace it with the cauliflower and leek pie. I didn't want to make a fuss, so I accepted the replacement, but when it was served, the pie was burnt.

We also only received one set of cutlery for two people, and we weren't told that you were closing within the next 10-15 minutes until after we had ordered our meals. This meant that we had to rush our lunch, and we would have preferred to go somewhere else or takeaway if we had known.

When I asked for a high chair for my toddler, the same waitress was extremely rude. When my toddler said thank you three times, she looked at him and then ignored us. She was also rude to us when we were leaving.

I am very disappointed with the service I received today. I understand that everyone has bad days, but this waitress was consistently rude and inattentive. I am not sure if I will return to your restaurant when she is on shift again.

I hope that you will take my feedback seriously and take steps to ensure that this does not happen to other customers.

The cafe and the food is very good, anyone who is near Warranwood, I would recommend to go and try this.

Wow what a find! Was looking for a cafe to pick up some cakes as I was visiting in the area and so glad I stopped. Amazing selection of cake’s including gluten free options and the staff were really obliging when I asked if they could cut the cakes in two for me as they were going to be shared.
I asked if I could use the bathroom and the sweet young lady even cleaned it before I went in. The whole place was spotlessly clean and very inviting. Looking forward to returning and dining in next time.

The staff there are great and nice to deal with and it results in a pleasant atmosphere. The food can be a bit hit and miss with some meals being amazing and some being a bit ordinary. The cafe is also quite expensive and this can be quite off putting especially since they don't show the prices clearly for the food on display which can make it really hard to order when your on a tight budget. If you are in need of a coffee I would recommend going there of course just don't spend too much

We ordered Smashed Avo & egg Benedict, and they were too average.
The staff were so friendly

Great café! Service is always top notch and their coffee is high quality. My wife and I share a big brekky between us cos it's so big. Kids love it too cos they have an ice cream fridge

The best coffee i have had so far.food is scrumptuous and generous portions. Would highly recomment to anyone looking for sensatiinal coffee and yummies.

Food was great and the customer service is fantastic. I wanted to change a menu item and the staff checked with the chef and gave me suggestions. Very happy with the meal and others I have had. A favourite place for breakfast with friends. It can be noisy when a few groups turn up. But we cooked fine.

I had the Biggie breakfast, and usually these type of meals come out not so 'big', but this one was huge. And it was a delicious meal. Recommended and I will be back

What a great coffee and burger at this place definitely pack. The bald lad (missed your name) was friendly and had great customer service. I did some work whilst waiting for the school pick up and the remainder of the staff were attentive but not pushy or ever made me uncomfortable. Will definitely be back

Just had a coffee and a slice but the coffee was banging and the slice was pretty good too. They have a massive variety of sweet treats including heaps of gluten free options!

Edit: Great friendly staff with great food at good pricing. Good and staff is consistently great.
