Warran Glen Cafe reviews
71We were seeking a seat with our whippet. To have a coffee al fresco. Due to poor weather, the staff member advised “you can sit here in the rain”. We asked if there’s anywhere undercover or if they would open the large umbrella for us. She was rude and told us no, but didn’t explain why. We felt uncomfortable with the interaction and politely left. I’m local to the area and don’t normally visit Warren Glen. After this experience, I will never come back.
Beautiful cafe, lovely gift shop and garden centre. Friendly staff, good coffee and I rated the French toast. They had a lot of gluten free options too which is awesome!
Superb nice surroundings. Gift shop and nursery with a nice cafe behind. Surrounded by the garden. Simply beautiful.
Cafe sit behind with a view of the garden. Menu is great too. Sweets, savouries and coffees and teas. Definitely coming back again.
Spend some time in the gift shop and might pick up a few nice little items to bring home.
Parking is right in front of gift shop
Amazing yards and green spaces! I really enjoyed the time and will surely visit again! Highly recommend this little paradise!
With my friend, we went there to have lunch in the cafe, which was good. Then walked around the gardens/ nursery. Plenty of beautiful roses out in bloom. Back into the homewares shop, which had plenty to offer.
Finished by going back to the cafe for afternoon tea, of which having 'Delicious ' & 'Fresh' baked scones with jam & cream. The 'best' way to finish off an afternoon. Yumo! Will be going back again!
Looking at the garden and having sweet and creamy scones with a smooth latte - what a relax morning coffee! Here is one of my favorite cafe and there is no surge charge. Highly recommended!
I don’t recommend this place at all, and never ever back to this place for shopping or food, I bought flower from here 25$ and a day after I found same flower in bunnings shop but 9$ exactly same flower and also in close store same price I came back to refund but they didn’t accept and they have been too rude, they are expensive; they just explained because our shop is small we selling flowers more expensive, they behaved very badly and insulted me a lot, I ever never back to there, I informed warned to all my friends family and other people don’t buy anything from this shop …they are expensive, rude and they don’t respect to customers
A great spot for a bite any time of the day. Competent but unfriendly staff and reasonably good food. The billing system could be improved as you have to queue up to pay for your order. Maybe a QR code ordering/payment system at the table would speed things up?
Beautiful gardens, great food. Gift shop average. Lovely atmosphere a great place to visit enjoyable. My mum did fall over the step back of restaurant needs marking. Would have given more stars but toilets were dirty and unisex. Unexpected in such a lovely venue. They are up a hill which is inconvenient for people with walkers and crutches.
Lovely place, was super busy and we arrived late but was okay as our table was still available. Great food service and atmosphere definitely will be back
Absolutely brilliant place for lunch. They were sooooo busy and lucky we booked as they were not taking walk ups but the food was delicious as we have come to expect. The burgers were a hit as were the fish and chips!
I had fruit toast & tea on a rather busy weekday morning. Tgere were 10 of us at the table. The Cafe is nice. The tea and toast were both fine, but not at all outstanding. What completely ruined my experience was that I had to wait 30 minutes between getting my tea and my toast. I would gladly go again on a less busy time, in a smaller company.
Good food and coffee, beautiful nursery.
Great place for breakfast or lunch on the balcony overlooking the pond and gardens.
The shop is beautiful but a little expensive.
The service in the cafe is really top notch, and they're a really professional and caring group of staff. Milkshakes are good.
The place itself is lovely. Very nice garden. However, we had lunch in the cafe which I'm sorry to say the food was awful. The chips were not cooked through, and the fish was not fresh. I would not recommend eating here. It was also extremely expensive for the standard.
The best Almond Croissant I have ever had. Atmosphere is amazing, service is quick and friendly staff. My daughter tried their scrambled eggs, she liked it and my son had Belgian waffle, he loved it. Forgot to take pictures of the food as it looked so yummy and we got right into it
Firstly, what a beautiful open space and venue! You feel clean when dining here, and the selection of food is vast, with plenty of options to suit all dietary requirements.
The food tastes fresh and you know the produce is high quality.
We had the ratatouille, and braised lamb - both done very well and decent portion sizes. The cabinet with sweet treats looked wonderful & we will definitely be back to try the desserts!
The cafe was very busy on the Sunday we went, however the food came out relatively quickly and servers were warm and friendly. What a beautiful big cafe, we will be back with more family!

Lovely spot to eat, was on the higher priced side. I had the pork belly and veg, was on the small side for price. A small piece of cauli, 2 tiny asparagus and a few carrot sticks not really enough, but it was delicious. Hubby had sovlaki which he said was nice. Service was prompt. I would return.
Absolutely beautiful gardens and nursery. The cafe can get very busy so make sure to book. Food was delicious and plenty of menu options.
This Cafe has it all, a beautiful gift shop perfect for the plant lovers in your life, a lovely cafe with really great meals on offer, and a lush green track to wander between shopping and eating.
We didn’t have a booking though we did go on Saturday for Lunch. Would recommend booking though we were able to get a nice table outside without. It is a busy place with plenty of families heading there on the weekend, may have something to do with the market being there that weekend and people heading there from that. Regardless the cafe was lovely with a huge selection of food and drinks. The service was fast and everything very affordable, it was really tasty too.
After eating we wandered through the grounds and checked out the water feature, little river and enjoyed the space and nice weather. We got in some shopping and brought an abundance of plants and garden features. There’s almost every option of plant out there and it was great to wander in the sun. Inside there was some beautiful clothing, candles, and household items.
Overall it’s a wonderful place to visit, a great place to eat and such a nice place to go for a bit of a shop. The staff were really nice, and the location is brilliant, would recommend for anyone in the area.
