Dr Alvin Ong has been amazing with the management and treatment of chronic conditions. Dr Ong is also great with children
Doctors are great, but the receptionist behaves like patients are their slaves or something. Forgot to bring a mask to the appointment and asked receptionist for one- they said “no we Dont have any”. An accredited GP Practice have no spare masks? Incredible. I had to go to the car park to get my mask and had to come back. Glad that I had some spare masks in the car otherwise I would have to reschedule the appointment just for a mask. Please show some empathy to your clients. You people in the reception is tarnishing the names of the practice. Being a healthcare professional, we do offer mask for anyone who comes in or forgets to bring one. Show your manners or remove the mask rule. Pathetic!
Dr Suriya is AMAZING! Probably one of the best docs I've been to. Been with her during my pregnancy journey and now my baby's GP.
Unprofessional and adds notes to clients files like "notwelcomeattheclinic" due to vaccination statutses. Talk about Unprofessional and segregation.
Haven’t been to this place for a long time but it was good to come back.
I’ve noticed they have new reception staff who are lovely and attentive.
My appointment was with a female GP who was pretty cool and when I was told to get blood tests done at the pathology lab (also in the same vicinity) she was also very easy going.

This is a terrific centre but I have no need as I'm going back to my own Doctor at Kardinia Health Belmont
Terrible. Asked very few questions. Not engaged.
Then I discovered that the pathology test he requested was incorrect for the issue we had running in the family.
