Bought a new car from Warragul Mitsubishi. The salespeople was very helpful and easy to deal with. In general, a good experience even after I picked up the car and came back for servicing.

My experience with Warragul Mitsubishi has been truly second to none.
I had ordered a new outlander and wanted my mum to have the car, it was simply a way of saying thanks to her but to provide a distraction from constant pain in arthritic and ageing bones and joints, my delivery date through a different dealer than Warragul was December 2, Ordered back in March-April this was a long wait and when told a further 3 months to February 28 was needed I had a look at what WAS available NOW. I had seen the same car in the yard at Warragul so engaged with them and dealer Brad was happy to hear my situation and work with me while I bounced phone calls back and forth with my novated lease people-Toyota, Who were accommodating of my needs and we all struck a deal with the vehicle and accessories I required with the placing of a deposit. This new vehicle was in fact secondhand with 8800 kms on the clock but “In As New condition “. It worked out to be slightly more expensive than the new vehicle however this was available immediately and that would give mum happiness, which has no price tag.
Next I met Hailey during a phone call to congratulate me for the purchase of the car earlier that day!
Hailey was super friendly, not pushy and easy to communicate with a good understanding of the vehicle and the New/Used car market.
The finer things that matter were taken onboard like a large red ribbon for delivery, immaculate presentation of the vehicle a relaxed personal chat about anything we wanted to know and more flexibility on pricing for such items as premium service / Warranty extensions and interior/exterior beautification,
Hailey provided many many quality pictures to me without charge was patient and considerate when trying to educate my old mum on modern technology, and even went out of her way to buy mum some flowers and throw in a care pack for the car.
Nothing was a problem. Nothing at all. Hailey absolutely went above and beyond for me to make this day as special and as memorable for my mother and I as she could and I’ll never forget that. In fact my observation of the entire team at Warragul Mitsubishi those we spoke to anyway, was one of confidence, understanding and a polite, friendly, and patient demeanour with All Of there clients and fellow employees alike. It seemed like a really good environment to work in.
Thanks so much Hailey, Brad, Ben, & all of the remaining team there for making us feel special and important, there is much to be said of a number of good people making a brilliant team. And the result is on the floor for all to see at Warragul Mitsubishi.
As for the drive home in the new car. Just excellent. The bells and whistles on the 22 outlander had me dumbfounded. Mum is now happy, reinvigorated and much safer with the new vehicle and my job here is now complete.
