I would give 0 stars if I could. Not professional at all. I have had my documents returned 3 times because of the details warna legal missed! And I had to pay them 300 dollars every single time!

DON'T GO TO THIS PLACE. I never recommend anyone. You will loose all your money and time. Two years ago one of my friend went to this place and she faced a very hard time with these people.

Have hidden charges except for the main payment. Customer service is good. But the solicitor is not updated with the new rules and regulations of the government. Also had issues not checking the emails sending from the immigration properly.

Exceptional service! From the receptionist to the lawyer, they were very kind to me. I went in to get some basic advice because all other places I visited gave me different opinions and it was so confusing. When I spoke to the lawyer she knew exactly what my requirement was and explained to me in a simple way a normal person would understand. My visa processing was made really simple, all I had to do is email the requested documents and I my visa got processed without any issues and she provided me with regular updates via email till the day I received my visa grant letter. Also, I must mention her fees were very reasonable and she even provided me with several options for payment plans. Highly recommend this excellent organisation
