Warhammer

While the store itself seems well stocked and everything you could ask for. The staff is another story. The condescension that was practically rolling out in waves from the, I hesitate to say, gentleman, who greeted me as I entered yesterday, was palpable.
I didn't know specifically the name of what I was after, as I was shopping for my brother, and stated that I would know it when I saw it. While I didn't remember its name, I had seen pictures.
Well, the increasing condescension and questioning I received will entertain the friends I was with for months. That my friends could not believe that I was able to maintain politeness and were waiting in the background with glee, assuming I would snap at any point, tells you that this review is in no way an overreaction as I am generally known to be a calm person.
Was it because I haven't collected personally for a long time? Does this staff member just have a superiority complex and likes to prove that they have more knowledge than others? Was it because I was female?
If you enter this store, be prepared to be spoken down to.

Dude running it is a champion, friendly, helpful, full of knowledge and has a laugh that can be heard for miles, recommend this place

This is one of my favourite places in Bendigo CBD.
A comprehensive range of everything Warhammer run by a thorough expert in the tabletop games who Is as much of a fan himself. If you are a fan of Gotrek, this is the place to go.

The latest range of Citadel products is awesome. The store has an excellent range, and anything they don't have in stock is easily ordered by using the in-store web portal. Dave has been in the hobby for so long, he remembers the Unification Wars, and so can help with every aspect of building, painting, gaming and lore across the entire range. He creates a warm and welcoming environment and the store is immaculately well presented.

This guy loves his hobby, super fun to talk to about Warhammer. The shop sells allot of different kits which is choice. Lots of entry level kits if you're interested.

Everything you can expect from a Games Workshop store: Free Painting and Gaming lessons, the latest in Warhammer news, friendly environment etc.

The store is run by Dave who is very friendly and appears to be a walking wiki of everything Warhammer. The store has tables for gaming and also hosts gaming nights and tournaments.

If Warhammer is your thing, this is the place to be.

TL/DR: A Games Workshop initiative that is literally everything Warhammer.

Staff are great but tend to be a little pushy about buying more products. Nice atmosphere and people are always welcome to come in and have a game or two. There is an awesome selection of model kits here.

Expensive stock but if you love board games and want to get into a larger hobby this the place to start.
