Came in new to warhammer 40k after a friend got me hooked on the lore. The staff have been very friendly and even taught me a few things. Great place!

Went in looking to try out this hobby as I’d just been at a friends house who was heavily into the game.

Painting the miniatures looked like fun, I wanted a creative outlet and painting space-marines looked a treat.

Lachlan who was hosting the store at the time was very welcoming, he even gave me a tutorial on how to paint and I got to keep the little space-marine I painted. What a great way to get people invested! Best sales pitch for a product I’ve ever seen!

Anyway the store was chock full of different factions, they have a great assortment of paints as well as tools and brushes for constructing and decorating your armies.

Great store, great staff. I will be visiting again next pay check, ha ha.

Staff are very knowledgeable here. I have loved the warhammer hobby for years, how ever i found this shop to be a little disapointing. I know everyone wants to make a dollar but i just found the staff to be be a bit too pushy, even pushing stuff onto me that i didnt really want to buy. What really bothered me is the staff had the audacity to charge me $5 for a carry bag, on a purchase that must of been over $500.sure $5 isnt a heap, but you can spend 15c at coles for a similar bag

Took me back to my youth. Brilliant work on the miniatures. Friendly easygoing staff. Free lessons in painting. Well worth a visit again and again.

Friendly staff make it easy to choose the awesome range of brilliant Warhammer board gaming products. Good for collectors of highly detailed miniatures too & lovers of "GOOD CLEAN FUN" for all the family. Just Wish There was more going on like painting & gaming guides. More staff interaction would be better.
Alot like a cold unfriendly place/world for beginners?
If the staff were more passionate & really into it like they used to in the early days It would in my opinion open up a exciting hobby for beginners young & old.

Amazing place for all ages with very friendly staff members who have all your answers in regards to all your hobby gaming needs. It also has that nostalgic feel to it that takes you decades back to your childhood.

My wife took my 8 year old son down for his first visit to a Warhammer store and he had a fantastic experience, thank you for the excellent customer service professional store layout and helping him chose his first 40k set 10/10

Pretty new to 40K and wanted to pick up a few things, the service experience was excellent both over the phone and in person. There's even heaps of free parking just around the corner. I'll definitely be back!

Went into this store last week with a very outdated understanding of the hobby and looking to get back into it. The gentleman who worked there, William, was very passionate and took the time to explain many things and help me to find what I was looking for.
