The aftersales care was superb. There was a manufacturing problem with our wardrobe doors - all I needed to do was send photos of the issue. There were no impediments or deflections - the guys at Wardrobe World immediately acknowledged the issue and remade the doors, installed and removed the old doors with a minimum of time and fuss
They do great work but I think it’s times when things go wrong that prove how good a business is.

Shayne and the team just installed three sets of robes in my apartment. They were amazing to deal with. The communication through the project was second to none. And the finished product was everything I could have hoped for. I wouldn't have any hesitations in using them again!

Shayne was great in terms of helping me to work out the design aspects of my new wardrobe (which was a replacement for an existing old and tired fitted wardrobe). Matt did a great job installing it. Everything happened when Shayne said it would and I am super pleased with the result.

Right from the design/quote to the installation of the walk-in wardrobe, Wardrobe World was just so easy to work with, patient and efficient. They even helped me convert one of my storage cupboard downstairs into a cloak cupboard. The products were top quality and I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs storage solutions.

We engaged Wardrobe World Bayside to make us a modern and stylish wardrobe for an existing bedroom and recreate an old linen cupboard and turn it into an open walk thru wardrobe. Fabulous service from the guys at Wardrobe World, from the moment we walked in the door of the showroom, to the installation of the final product. We had a big storage problem, and they've solved it with their wonderful built in cupboards and shelving system. Extremely happy with the product and service and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them for anyone needing extra storage!

Last year we renovated our bathroom/laundry and Wardrobe World installed full length sliding black glass doors and shelves. They are fantastic! I found Wardrobe World on the internet after having two reputable companies come to my flat and tell me that could not build me the freestanding wardrobe I wanted, nor could they replace my existing wardrobe because the building was too old and their tracking systems would not work. The building was built in the 1970's.

I did some internet searches, called a few people, they either told me the above, did not return my calls or they had bad reviews on the internet.

I called and spoke to Shayne originally, he asked me to send him photo's which I did, he was able to tell me over the phone if he could help me or not. After we established he could help, I went into the office, he showed me his suggestions, they then sent a nice man out to measure and give me a more accurate quote based on the proper measurements.

The guys that put them in were polite, friendly, professional and left my house looking like no one had been there except for the new addition of wardrobes.

I had a freestanding wardrobe installed which many people told me could not be done, well they did it. They also completely replaced the existing one. I am very happy with the finished product.

I would recommend them to anyone who needs any work like this done, even if you want something that feels obscure I would at least ask them the question because they will bend over backwards to try and create what you want.
