It was disappointing how I had experienced a series of unprofessional conducts. I had booked for a $150 massage but she insisted on charging me $170 and later added the eftpos charge on top as if that wasn’t enough of a scam. Then she got me to fill in a form about my medical history but it was dismissed because I had stated my kidney problem and she disregarded it during the massage. The icing on the cake was she made me wait for about 15 minutes to start my massage because she has a personal visit but then ended my massage abruptly on the dot even though she started late. So I was made to pay $22 more than I expected and got 15 minutes less — unprofessional businesses like this should not exist and I will not be returning.

This place is an absolute gem. Amazing service, passion for the profession, great atmosphere, a very relaxing environment, looking forward to my next visit.

Ann is just wonderful in figuring out the best therapeutic response. I always walk out (or float) feeling better than when I arrived. The ambience is wonderful and very peaceful. Just saying this has made me want to organise another appointment
