Dr. Yoke Foo has been my personal GP for over 30 years and from a broken toe, thumb, bumps bruises and everything in between, has been why I drive the distance to return. An exceptional balanced medical authority.

Family GP's since 1990. DR, s Frank, Foo, McCurrdy and now DR Douglas all exceptional. Reception staff helpful and courteous.

I have been going to this clinic since I was literally born. In my adult life I can say that I have had two good doctors at this clinic. I go in for concerns and I feel that the doctors just want to rush you out to get to the next person. Maybe they are short for time but they just don't seem to care like they used to and their advice is pretty useless. The reception staff are also very snobby and can be rude at times. For the first time in 33 years I am changing clinics.

You have to be sick to charge $22 to transfer MY own medical history to another practice.
What makes it even more offensive, is they send the invoice by mail with a note saying "medical history will be sent upon receipt of payment". They transfer the history by post, and when you include time for me to receive this letter I now can't get an appointment with my new doctor for at least 2 weeks. I think it's really quite gross and shows absolutely no care whatsoever for the wellbeing of their patients. Makes me want to be a little sick in my mouth to be honest.
Just as a side note, my history has been transferred from 3 other doctors (I move a lot with work), and not one of the others charged a fee.

Called clinic to ask if i could make an appointment to see my doctor got told he was not there and probably not coming back? Worried for him i called his phone to find out that he was still working! I like my doctor cause he spends time to help me and doesnt rush his appointments!

I have been a patient at the clinic for over 5 years I see my GP once a month and often in between I have found the desk staff to be a pleasure and very helpful even when obviously busy with phones e.t. C.sometimes you just have to have patience when they do get to you they are quick and efficient.my GP is the best and I only know them as a patient.

I've been seeing the same GP here for 8 years and wouldn't go anywhere else. However, the reception staff are consistently rude. A couple of them are nice, (Mandy). But most are very condescending or just ignore me to finish their personal conversations.

My husband and I have been a clients at the clinic for 27 years and have always been extremely pleased with the service we have received. The reception staff are wonderful as are the doctors we have seen. We would both recommend it to everyone. Thanks Liz and John
