Want A Sparky

Switched over from gas to electricity including installation of a heat pump, multiple AC units and new energy saving light bulbs. The team was great from start to finish. Highly recommended.

We used Want A Sparky for the first time at the end of November. From start to finish they were easy to deal with, responsive, professional and efficient. The electrical work itself was excellent. Matt, the Electrician, was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. There was, however, a mishap on the roof (not electrical) as the crew left. But the way Want A Sparky dealt with it was impressive and very reassuring. The Director, Trent, himself, visited us on location, took full responsibility and the situation was rectified quickly despite the Christmas rush. Being business owners ourselves, we understand the value of great customer service and we would have no hesitation in recommending Want A Sparky to anyone. We will be engaging them again for all our future electrical home improvements.

Reviewing here because heat pump installation involved Want a Sparky as well as Want a Heat Pump: Great service from start to finish, from Trent organising quickly (after EcoAlliance had left us in the lurch for months), to Jimmy and Brandon arriving on time (3 hours from Melbourne!), finishing the job very professionally (Hydrotherm Dynamic X8), and thorough cleanup and explanation of everything. First hot water in 2 months, very happy and highly recommended!

Power turned off by U. E.as mains box had to be replaced. Rang two companies but unable to do that day. Sara said they would come in about an hour and quoted cost. Paul arrived within the hour and assured me all would be ok. Replaced box and then received courtesy call from Trent saying U. E.had been notified to come & turn power back on.

I started using this business a few years ago. I have had quite a bit of work done by the firm and have to say would not ring anyone else. They are on time, if they are delayed for some reason, they keep me informed. They always fix my problem. They always provide the paper work which is so refreshing. Very easy to deal with.
