We opted to support local business to provide merchandise for a major state wide event Benalla would be hosting to showcase what our region has to offer. Unfortunately we were met with a disaster of an experience resulting in over priced and terrible quality products.
Lack of communication, inability to get a hold of the store, no sense or organisation and met with multiple excuses. After wasting many hours of continuous chasing, follow up and pushing to deliver, the owner left printing of our Merch until the very last minute, missing several pick up deadlines and lacked any kind of quality checks forcing him to deliver our order literally the night before our major state wide event, providing a product that did not even use our approved design and did not meet the quality that had been promised (poor quality screen printing, peeling on arrival, not printed as agreed, incorrect colour scheme etc) as well as missing multiple orders and denying that customers even placed orders until proof of purchase was provided.
The nightmare has continued post event, multiple complaints on the quality of merch resulted in a requested refund for ALL purchased items. After the owner Frank agreed that the quality was not as agreed and refunds should be provided, I had to continue to waste my personal time to chase him to action this commitment.
It wasn't until he was met with a threat of legal intervention that the refunds were processed, still lacking Frank's commitment to contact each individual customer to offer the refund or reprint solution.
I do NOT recommend and will never do business with Steers Co.ever again. What should have been an exciting activity leading up to a grand event has been an absolutely embarrassing and brand damaging experience for our small local sports club.

On behalf of Wangaratta Benalla Motor Group, we couldn't recommend enough. So friendly and accommodating with changes that we kept making to our embroidery! The whole process has been a breeze, thank you so much!

Wonderful service. Clothes have worn well. The cheaper school bag did fall apart after two years, but I was warned it was cheaper quality.

School uniform items I bought not good quality, holes in clothes and school bags falling apart after one year. Staff not helpful with bag replacement. First they said they'd give a discount towards the better quality bags since the ones I bought hadn't lasted and they'd call me. They didn't call me (I waited weeks) and were unhelpful when I went in a month later. Then they tried to say it was wear and tear (my prep twins had these bags for a year and they were going into holes at the bottom and plastic inside perishing/breaking off). No phone call and it's been nearly a week; I won't shop here again. Also the wait times on out of stock items are very long- 6 weeks for a long sleeved school shirt.
Polyester quick-dry school shirts form holes easily, threads unravelling on the sports shorts. Quality not matching the price, promises of refunds not matching their promise. Try Worklocker instead.
