Wangaratta Saw & Lawnmower Service

Recently had a brushcutter serviced, after almost 3 weeks & almost $ 200, am both disappointed & frustrated. Machine will not idle even when at operating temp.needs a little choke to keep running & prevent stalling, then when revs applied, runs rough as a result & will not run at high revs for long grass. Appears little or no workshop testing, otherwise issues I am experiencing would have been identified.
After just getting machine back, now need to take (elsewhere) to be adjusted to be able to operate.

Went here to get a new belt for the ride on mower and an generator for the caravan park we work at. Customer service was good

Recently moved to Wangaratta on 2.2 acres where my Ride On mower needed

Extraordinary customer service, went above and beyond! My business is heavily reliant on having a well manicured lawn (a caravan park) and when our ride-on ran over some tent pegs, shattering the blades, we took it straight to these guys. We were informed that the repair was finished the day before a massively booked weekend. Facing the prospect of mowing our few acres by push mower because we were unable to make the trip to collect the ride-on, Jamie was my hero of the day when he took the one hour round trip to deliver it to me. You have a customer for life guys, thank you!

Got a new chain for my chainsaw. But was the wrong size. But they did eeverything possible to rectify the problem.

Favourite location for a picnic! Staff are very friendly and helpful when serving. However, felt uncomfortable with the judgement passed by fellow customers and would not return back in a rush. Disappointed with the world in which we live.

If I could give it zero stars I would, to describe my experiences with this store in two words it would be "GROSSLY INCOMPETENT". Each time I have had to attend this store they have lost my order, belittled me, and the amount of information that's is 'lost in translation' with one worker telling me one thing and one telling me another and nothing but rude. I am now travelling over an hour to go to a different store because if how bad my experiences have been.

Stoney and his team are great people easy to speak to great to deal with, really helpful and can accommodate people’s budget and extremely knowledgeable of there products and good for a laugh. I brought a Stiga ride on from them and love it, it has a Kawasaki v2 motor same as the zero steer mowers and it’s great, l highly recommend the stiga mowers. All the team are great here from the sales team to the workshop guys, a BIG THANK YOU

Bought a tyre online and got these guys to fit it. Was more expensive, not fitted correctly and the staff were too busy making jokes to give good service.
