Wangaratta RSL Club

Had lunch with the family, service was a little slow, but ok, food was reasonable but a little pricy, the venue itself was good, nice area, walk to shop and rivers, parks after lunch

60+ min to get a meal……I realise it’s an RSL club, but that’s pitiful!
Won’t be going back….

Indian at an rsl was always going to be hit or miss.

Went there the other night for Palma &pot. The food and service was excellent. The down side was the potty mouth woman telling her baby to shut the F. Up when it started crying. It was 9pm both the toddler and the baby should have been home in bed. Is there a law about minors in bars?

Had a great lunch with my buddy Gav. Seniors meal of calamari, chips and salad. Calamari was so tender. $15 great value great service.

Good sized meals of average quality at rather high prices. Staff were polite and friendly, just your typical pub grub.

Nice food, but the service is excellent. Matt is friendly, engaging and recognises a new face easily.

Great meals and very friendly and helpful staff that provide great service, highly recommend to anyone looking for a meal in Wangaratta.

Nice venue with live music. We were visitors so had to pay the non- member prices. Ordered a schooner of beer and ginger beer, they came to about $18.90. Seemed quite overpriced.

I never thought I’d taste the best braised lamb in such a small town. Get it with a pint of Guinness and pure joy ensues

Very nice interior and helpful pleasant staff who went out of their way to bring me my meal earlier as I was traveling and in a hurry. Meal was nice but I couldnt eat it all as it was very generous in size. I would return here if that way again.

Meals were ok - regular pub menu and prices. Not enough staff to serve. Bar staff didn't know the basics about mixed drinks - only the ones that come as RTD. Gaming room system was down.toilets not signed and not cleaned.

Very busy place (Sat night). Our steaks and sides were excellent, faultless for such a venue. Zero ambience (but that was expected.) Based on food alone, it is very good value.
Unfortunately queueing for 25 minutes to order is not acceptable. That is 25 minutes of my date staring at the TV telling people about membership raffles, There has to be a better way, maybe two tills?

Very welcoming staff were lovely friendly caring and dinner was top notch had a great night five stars for us.

The role is nice has good food at a reasonable price also a nice copy bar with outdoor area and pokies if ya feeling lucky i recommend a visit well I like going there from time to time enjoy

Food is superb and great value for money. Venue is nice, clean and atmosphere was wonderful. And the staff were delightful, so friendly, fantastic service. Highly recommend.

Had to pay 10.00 membership to get in and have a meal on a Saturday night. If l hadn't, waited 10mns to get to the front desk l would have walked out.

Great atmosphere, staff very welcoming and helpful. The food is brilliant what a great little club to have in Wangaratta.

Great atmosphere tonight with the raffle on - busy place - good hearty food and value for money.

Enjoyed our meal, and will definitely be back on our way through. Pleasant experience and friendly staff.
